It came rolled up in a box. I couldn't believe it was going to expand, but it certainly did. I gave it time to expand fully, 3 days later and we were so surprised and happy with our purchase. It did expand the whole 14 inches high and it's a medium-firm memory foam pillow top, and so comfy. Glad we jump on this for under $300, because we looked at name brands at Macy's and they started at $999. Hope the quality lasts, we'll see. No regrets.

Comfortable this mattress is between firm and soft. I definitely added a mattress pad because it is a bit on the firmer side but overall for the price it’s pretty decent. I’ve had it since June. Easy to set up just cut the plastic and it’ll unravel. Please be careful it does take about 72 hours to fully expand.

This is absoulutley the most comfortable matteress I have ever owned. My husband and i moved a few months ago, and the mattress we had was hurting both of our backs. I like this mattress because it supports both our weight, its breathable, and prvides back support. I was scared buying it at first because i thought it was going to be cheaply made (im used to spending up to a thousand for a matteess) but I was surprised. Im never going to the mattress store again!

While it says it is firm, this mattress is not. It is too soft to be called firm. After sleeping on it, my body wakes up with aches and tightness, especially in my lower back and other back areas. I bought it at almost $400 and just recently saw that it is only about $250. If it were that price, perhaps it would be worth it. At first, I didnʻt think it could be the bed, but after staying at a hotel with very comfortable bedding and waking up without aches and pains, I now know it is this bed. I wish there was a longer warranty to be able to return. However, it is only the regular Amazon return window. Iʻm pretty disappointed.
