My 9,000 btu mini split arrived in great condition, and the installation went well. Both the inside and outside units run smoothly and quietly. The App was also easy to install and pair with the unit. It easily cools and heats my 400 sq.ft. room. This review was right after installation, so time will tell. The components seemed high quality, similar to a more expensive brand that I previously installed in another room. In below freezing temps, the heat on these heat pump mini splits work much better than my central AC/heat pump.

The media could not be loaded. Honestly got lazy towards the end of installing, but it works perfectly, it's freezing cold ❄️, and blazing hot 🔥. Am a little slow so I didn't know until after I bought R410a refrigerant on some sus website that theres already refrigerant inside the system. Took me from 9 AM to 8PM to install but it was insanely easy, if i had planned and not have been running back and forth to harbor freight for tools to install the fan in such an uncomfortable place it would've easily taken me 2 hours to install.

Just converted part of my garage to an office so needed an A/C system, for the price this was spot on. Install was easy although the 16’ pipe was a little longer than I needed. During install do not forget you need a vacuum pump and gauges to connect to the system to enable you to release the pre charged gas. Cost about $100 on Amazon. Interior system is good, quiet and has variable flow, the WiFi is a bonus as I can program to come on in the morning before I arrive and pre cool the room. Not tried heat function yet as I live in Florida! Great unit for the money and much quieter and more efficient than a mobile or window unit.

I have many of these in use at my campground. I usually use another brand but went with this one to see what the quality difference was with the cheaper ones. The biggest difference I found was in the line set, this one uses thinner tubing or aluminum tubing with copper ends. It sealed well and the unit started and ran great. Its seen 93* and 41* in the first 10 days of use and works great to control temps and all ranges.. Would recommend buying this one again.

This unit air conditioned my 22 x 24 place without problems. Installation took some work because I had to run electric though the attic to place unit where I wanted it. Great unit and runs on R 410A. I wish the blower would turn on/off as needed instead the blowers run all the time but they are whisper quiet.

Installation went ok, but the outside unit would not run. I contacted customer support at the manufacturer via email last Thursday night, and again via their website on Friday morning. Today is Tuesday. No reply of any kind received from customer support. I have checked my spam folder. I have since decided I made an error when vacuuming the lines, but without any customer support to help me, I don't want to own this unit. The risk is too great I could have problems in the future and be stuck with a partly functioning or non functioning system. So I am returning.
