I bought this for my Toyota Corolla 2008 CE model, I bought it on December 17th of 2025 and installed it later that week Dec 22nd 2025. Currently we are in June of 2026 and for my surprise the “new alternator” is not performing the way it needs to. Keep in mind the started, battery were replaced that way week. After taking it to the mechanic and doing the diagnostic with the scanner it’s showing that the Alternator is the issue. Long story short, I had to buy a new one this time I just got it from autozone for a couple bucks more and it comes with warranty. So I ended up paying more on the long term since there isn’t warranty on this had to buy a new one and had to miss work. I went based on the reviews and I just wanted to give feed back to other consumer for the future

Has been in my car for 7mos. It has been squealing from the start. We thought it was the belt tensioner but had it checked out and no. One day recently it just stopped making noises but is working fine . For the price it is getting the job done.

Works fine. The bushing for bolt was a whole 2 mm wider than what will fit. You are supposed to push existing one in but that is easier said than done. I had to grind it off to fit. A month later so far so good. An alternator is a brushed motor in reverse how much can you screw it up and why does Honda charge 800$ for it. I can do this 8 more times before I regret it.
