I replaced this on my 2009 Jeep Patriot. This is not a 1 hour job. Getting the old alternator out was very difficult. The new one went on so much easier than getting the old one out. Plan on at least 3 hours for this job. Unhook battery before doing anything. Watch some videos on how to do this first. FYI file the inside of the new alternator some before trying to get it over the bracket on the vehicle, will save you at least 45 minutes of trying to press it on by hand.

VORGENS... YES! My Classic Volvo XC90 Loves your product VORGENS! My baby needed a new alternator. I took a deep breath, purchased from you here on AMAZON and had it professionally installed in Central, PA. I did research first. Some people complained about their brand new alternator failing...."From Other Brands". I thought.... Oh No! That's terrible! Volvo's are high end and powerful. They won't tolerate okey doke parts.
