Final Update 10/14/2024 Customer support is awesome. They sent a replacement remote promptly. Screen quality is excellent at such a reasonable price. I would recommend both the product and the seller. Update 10/3/24 Seller reached out to offer replacement remote. Will update if I receive the remote. Review: The screen quality is very good but the remote stopped working. I sent an email to the support email listed in the product manual as well as to the seller. No reply. Being a bulky item I paid for professional installation. So returning is not an option. Called Amazon product support and they asked me to return the item for replacement. I spent $100 to get it installed and spend another $100 to get it uninstalled and reinstalled. Amazon is completely unempathetic and robotic by providing a scripted solution. Definitely an easier install with two people working together, one holding one end steady while the other gets a screw into the ceiling (in our case) or a wall. Some folks on here say you can't set the drop stop point, but that's not accurate. There are two holes on the back of the unit on the side with the electrical cord that you can insert an allen wrench into (don't ask me what size, I tried a few until I found the right size and I don't recall it off the top of my head) and adjust the stop points. I was able to adjust the screen to stop just a hair's breadth above the mantle. I haven't had any issues with the screen not being flat. The weighted end piece does a nice job of not only keeping it taut but also dampening any fluttering if I touch the screen. My only point would be to make sure that you have a plan for how you want to manage the power cord as left to its own devices hanging down it may get into the travel path of the screen. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First off. Ups has a difficult time delivering this product. They had it for two weeks and refused to deliver it until I went to pick it up myself. Just be prepared if ups is delivering it can take some time. Aside from the that the projector screen is a very good value for the price. I have a epson ef12 laser projector with 1000 lumens and as you can see in the photos, even with ambient light it has a nice picture. It reflects the light well, has nice screen material trimmed in black. The motor assembly is quiet works well with the remote. So far I really like this screen, price per inch this is a really good value, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

Straight forward installation. No problems to really note although it is fairly heavy and is definitely a two person job or a multi ladder job to balance before mounting.

    • We cannot move the screen up and down.

The screen functioned properly during the first two uses; however, we are now unable to adjust it up or down. Regrettably, this issue has arisen after the return window has closed.
