  • Great product!
This coconut coir brick is very easy to use. Just try it on my plants and can't wait to see it helps plants grow. It easily expands and replaces a lot of soil bags. Excellent product with affordable price so far. Already ordered more for my garden.

  • Great Quality, Good Price
This coco coir is easy to use and has a fine texture. It retains moisture better than others I've bought. The price of items seems to be reasonable, especially considering the quantity after expansion. Try it, you won't regret.

  • Medium grand (texture) and true to its advertised weight
This Garden Story coco coir is a medium grind IMHO. I've been using coco coir for plant starting and as a garden additive for a number of years. Too fine of a grind tends to smoother plants and can easily cause over watering which smothers plants. Too rough a grind and new roots don't have anything they can attach themselves to. This is the perfect compromise that has proven itself for me. I do use fine & coarse grinds for other purposes but not for starting seedlings. This coco coir was advertised as being 11 pounds and that's what my scale confirmed. Most coco coirs that I've purchased tend to be a little underweight so it's nice to find one that is true to its advertised weight. Expands nicely especially if warm water is used. I tend to mix it up in small batches so I break up the large bricks with the claw portion of a hammer and mix it up as I need it. A little on the pricier side of what I normally use but it's very good quality. Recommended. ... show more

  • Good product and best price.
The media could not be loaded. Worked well. Perfect solution for gardeners Highly impressed with this coconut coir brick. It expanded quickly when exposed with water to an incredible amount of peat. The texture is soft, fluffy and super absorbent. Totally worth the price. I'll buy more to use for my garden. ... show more
