    • It's a compromise
I have one from Williams-Sonoma, where I've paid more than 3x more, and I wanted a back-up spatula . This one looks similar, but has a sharp edge at the front, touching the pan and is made from 2 pieces, welded together. Where the welding happened, there is also an edge that makes it more difficult to clean. Otherwise, it's also flexible, and gets very well under the fish. So far, I've been using both and can do same things with both. But the W-S feels much better in my hands. ... show more
