The set-screw is included and requires a 3 mm hex wrench for tightening onto the shaft and should be lined up with the flat on the shaft for proper mounting. This looks like a fine product and it might be if it fit my drill press. Measurements are important and the bore of this handle is 12mm, not 14.3mm as advertised.

I know, it's only a crank for a drill press... not that exciting.. but this was one of the few that I found that was a perfect fit for my drill press. Works well. Very smooth.

The bore was too small for my drill and I had to drill out the hole in order to fit it on the press. The bore is not the size indicated in the write up of the crank. The crank says it fits my model a Jet 17 ...It does not fit without modification.

Unfortunately, “out of the box,” the handle did not fit my Craftsman model number 137.xxxxx series drill press. The aluminum fastening cylinder is only 7/16” and requires modification to fit over a 9/16” diameter table lift pinion shaft. However, once bored, the crank handle worked fine. If it lasts even half as long as the original did (40+ years), I’ll be satisfied! ... show more
