I like that the mandrel and the bands on this bit are smaller than the average ones. It makes it much easier to get under the client's nail, and also around the cuticle area. The bands stay on tightly. The reason I gave this four, instead of five stars, is because the sanding bands are very course. Being a nail tech, I am familiar with all of the different grits. These are more like 80 grit. The lower the number the coarser the grit. I would have liked them more if they were an actual 120 grit. The coarseness makes them vibrate a lot more which irritates the clients. It also makes it easier to cut someone. That being said, if you need to take down some seriously thick acrylic, then these are the bands for you! Other than that, this is a great mandrel and band size.
