This is a good quality trampoline! I had issues because the accessories were not shipped with it and I contacted the seller who was fast and responsive! Come to find out they ship that part separately to keep it from getting damaged which I think is fantastic of them just wish it was more clearly stated somewhere to avoid all the confusions. Over all we love the trampoline. I like to slide them around so its easier to mow under. Ours is a 16ft and the grand kids absolutely love it. I learned the hard way you cant move it even a few feet. so its best to have it in place where you want it. and anchored down or it will bow up and its very difficult to get back down without help. it does take a fair amount of time to assemble and instead of using the thread to secure the net at the bottom we used tie wraps which would be an improvement over lacing the whole net down. we are very happy with the product and we can work around the mowing. ... show more

We've been very pleased with the trampoline. It's very sturdy, has a heavy weight limit, and the kids love it. During a recent storm, it picked up the trampoline and put it in our neighbors yard. It had bent poles and some missing parts. I thought we were going to have to buy a new one but after contacting the company, they just sent me the parts needed to fix it. And they wouldn't let me pay for the parts or shipping. Which actually happened twice because I didn't give them the proper list needed the first time around.
