I can't speak to the composting power of these spoons - my composting is going out to the brown bin at my apartment complex and tossing them in so the composting guy can come pick them up for the community garden once a week, so I HOPE they compost good - but what I CAN say is that the mouthfeel here is fantastic. Living in the PNW, I've tried my share of compostable "silverware" and so many of them just Feel Bad. They either get weirdly gummy or sticky in your mouth, or they just feel like the textural equivalent of nails on chalkboard. Not in this case! Worked well, and got a ton.

These forks are made from compostable materials, which is a big win for me. Despite being compostable, these forks aren't flimsy. They held up well to burgers, hot dogs, and even grilled veggies without breaking or bending easily. These disposable forks are perfect for our casual BBQs to picnics or even school lunches. They're a convenient option, especially if you don't want to deal with washing a bunch of utensils afterwards. Good quality and value for the pack.

These forks are kind of pricey in my opinion, but I guess most other disposable forks are expensive too right now. Other than the price, I do like them. They are nice quality, durable/sturdy, and heat resistant. They will not break easy, and they can be washed and reused again if you wanted to. Also they are not plastic. You would swear that they are. They look and feel just like it, but they are all natural plant base. In conclusion, I am happy that I got them and other than the price, I don't have anything bad to say about them at all. I would get them again if there was some kind on deal on them.

This set was extremely durable and looked nice as well. The knives were serrated well allowing you to actually cut your food with them. They hold up against high heat and are almost impossible to break. They have a great feel to them, not so much like plastic. You could wash and reuse these many times, they are tough! Always good to find a reasonably priced item that is good for the environment and even better than the standard plastic silverware.

These are sturdy plastic spoons with a matte finish, and they seem as durable as any on the market, yet they are compostable. I was a bit surprised to see that they are marked as compostable only in a commercial composting facility, but I plan to try these in our own compost heap. Perhaps they will just take longer to break down.
