This liner is extremely thick and durable, I could barely cut through it with scissors. The only downside is that it's not very flexible making it hard to install.

This was perfect for my use - I lined the inside of my wooden raised garden bed with it. I only used it to line the sides, and the bottom of the bed was open to the ground. It only needed to go straight down and I didn't have to fold it or shape it. That said, if I was using it to waterproof a raised bed to make an underground water reservoir, I wouldn't recommend this product. It is VERY stiff, and folding/shaping it would be too difficult for that purpose. I have done this before and can say this from experience. I have not used this to make a pond, but I would assume it wouldn't be very easy to do it either. I have purchased a more expensive product that was much more pliable and SOOOO much easier to work with when making a waterproof raised garden bed. But this is way cheaper and definitely worth it for me to use to just line the sides of my garden bed.

We built this pond in one day. The liner is sturdy. It's difficult to lay just right b/c of this, but so far that's been my experience with every liner I've used. We tried to take a scrap piece and try to puncture or tear it, but we were unable to. It easily trims with a decent pair of scissors, though. Our pond is visited by frogs, birds, squirrels, a racoon, and other animals. We put some aquarium and native aquatic plants in since this picture was taken and that adds to the beauty and keeps it clean.

I read some bad reviews and some good ones before I decided to buy this. It’s a pond liner so it’s supposed to be stiffer. We had no issue installing this and zero leaks. Recommend!

Instead of being soft and supple, it was stiff, shiny on one side, and kinda crispy. Extremely difficult to work with, and a day later, it is leaking. Terrible quality. I would return it if I could, but it is now dirty and has a hole in it. Guess you get what you pay for. $20 down the drain.

I wanted a smallish frog pond and thought I could get by with this really inexpensive liner. It is very stiff and doesn’t want to bend. It was really hard to fold at corners. By the time I was finished, it had a leak about 5. Inches from the top.I’m using it for something else or I would request a refund. It will work nicely for my living roof project.
