These were stupid easy to install, so that's a big plus. They look nice and seem to be staying in place pretty well. We even had some pretty high winds recently and the two "test tiles" we put out stayed in place. Time will tell how they weather the weather :) They're real wood, so I anticipate fading, but we'll see. I can tell you that they get black marks from vehicle tires pretty easily. We put these next to the driveway to keep grass out of the floorboards of our truck and my husband just barely touched one when he was parking yesterday and it left tire marks. Not a huge deal and I think it'll come off fairly easily with some cleaner, but something to be aware of. ... show more

The rating is because the product was found to be damaged. There was a big outlet box with paper that the tightly packed tile box came in. The acacia wood tiles are beautiful and appeared to look like the add. The underside of the tile, including the fittings and the loops are a hard plastic. Unfortunately, several of the tiles had broken loops. I have initiated a return because for the cost I do not wish to keep damaged tiles. A better packaging might help??? Took photos. Will attach if I can figure out how. ... show more
