I got these for around my garden fence to mostly keep the chickens out.I was hoping my cats too but they are too short and my cat can just climb right over and through the livestock panel fence. For install I recommend putting a couple sections together before pushing the spikes in.

I love and hate this fencing. I love it... the ends of the fencing are pointy, which makes it so much easier to get these into the ground. I like how they are built to inter-connect; I have others I've purchased that want you to use zip-ties or hard plastic connectors that are difficult to get on. I hate it... they are not nearly as sturdy as others I've bought. When pushing them into the ground, they can easily get bent if you aren't careful. Plus, I wish they were a bit larger (width) so you don't need as many. In terms of value, it is a great and affordable price! RECOMMEND.

This is a good way to keep critters out of a small area. Each section pushes into the ground and interconnects creating a small fence. It uses a smaller diameter metal that does bend easily if not careful. I found it to be useful between a set of hedges.

This is the third different kind of animal barrier fence I’ve obtained. Of the three, this one has the best connecting system, as it has metal pins and pin holes which provide a sturdy, long-lasting connection between fence panels. Tying the panels together this way greatly strengthens the entire run of fence. The second thing this fencing has going for it is price. At $56 for 17 feet, it is much easier on the wallet than my top-rated animal barrier which costs $110 for 24 feet. On the downside, this fence is much less sturdy than my top-rated fence which has a third horizontal bar and a significant amount of diagonal bracing. At 2.4” between the metal rods, this fence also has wider spacing than the fence I rated at five stars. Still, this barrier should work just fine, and the galvanization should ensure longevity.

I have been gradually adding small fence barriers around my backyard, both to keep out unwanted creatures and to better contain my dogs. One of my projects has been to barricade the space underneath my storage shed and the perfect solution is this 10 pack of barrier fencing. You get ten fence pieces with this set, each one measuring about twenty inches in width and fifteen inches in height. The fence is black, so it matches most any landscape décor. I used the ten fence pieces to complete the barricade around my storage shed, which will prevent my smaller dog from climbing underneath. It was exactly what I needed to complete the task. This fencing has two distinct advantages compared to other products of this type. For one, the pieces are interlocking. You can line them up and attach the ends, for a more secure structure. For my needs, this wasn’t necessary but I like that the option is always present, because it does make a difference for certain tasks. Another, even better feature is the design itself. The long, narrow spikes are easily pressed into the ground and because there is so much space between the bottom of the spikes and the vertical bar toward the top of the fence, you can press them far into the ground if necessary. This is exactly what I needed when I was barricading my storage shed. The front of the shed has two doors and I needed to press the fence far into the ground or else it would block the opening and closing of the doors. I was able to do that with this fencing, thanks to the design. It's often important or necessary to add small barriers to your yard to control animals and pets. This barrier fencing was exactly what my storage shed needed. And with ten pieces, I was able to finish the job, making my backyard safer and more secure for my dogs.

This is a reasonably good fence. The long, unsupported vertical pieces are a bit flimsy and would be stronger if there was another horizontal brace. It won't matter as much once it's in the ground, but getting it in straight without bending anything is the issue. Aside from that, it looks nice and gets the job done.

This animal barrier fence is an excellent way to protect a garden bed from shallow dirt diggers. Additionally, this fence is nice looking and easy to tup. The material and construction feel solid. I had trouble linking the pieces together but more due to my clumsiness than the gate.

My son and I had been talking about how we needed to get rid of the weeds without our dog getting into anything we put down. I saw this Animal Barrier Fence Garden Outdoor Spike Spacing Underground Decorative Garden Fencing and realized this is just what we needed to keep our furry one out. Made of Alloy Steel and Metal it comes in 10- 17 ft(L) X 15 in(H) 2.4-inch sections. Each of the 10 sections has pins and pin holes to connect the fence together. The bottom part of the fencing has beveled tips which makes it easier to insert either dry or wet into the ground. All you need is a rubber hammer to install this fencing which is very easy to do. The area we need to weed is large so we will need to move our fencing a couple more times, but it has really helped. When we finish this project, we might be using it by our regular fence so our dog can't get close enough to tease the dog next door.
