Wow! I am pleasantly surprised at the initial look at feel of this mattress. For the price and ease of shipping and arrival this mattress is amazing. I ordered the firm 12" King. This arrived with a hefty weight, no damage, it is the correct size and feels firm. I opened it, let it expand for 2 days, the required expansion rate, and slept on it for two night now. I am going from a $2500 Sealy med/firm to this. This mattress is turning out to be everything I hoped for! I was unsure of what to expect before ordering. I searched the reviews and nothing stood out as a red flag. So far, this has been worth the risk to save $thousands$ on a factory mattress from an overpriced dealer! It came rolled up in a box. I couldn't believe it was going to expand, but it certainly did. I gave it time to expand fully, 3 days later and we were so surprised and happy with our purchase. It did expand the whole 14 inches high and it's a medium-firm memory foam pillow top, and so comfy. Glad we jump on this for under $300, because we looked at name brands at Macy's and they started at $999. Hope the quality lasts, we'll see. No regrets.

Purchased at the end of March 2025 and was perfect for sleeping as extra firm like I wanted now at the beginning of June it’s so soft you can’t sleep on it. We’ve only slept on it maybe a dozen times As it’s in our vacation home.

My back hurts, and woke up in the middle of the night. It’s comfy but not for everyone. Mine was even a medium firm. Plz know your preferences, because memory foam is way different than spring mattress. I learn my lesson and I am returning it asap. Three stars is for other than that it’s a good quality but just remember test it somewhere before you purchase. (Need to test for at least few hours)
