Delivered a day early which was appreciated. But after waiting the 72 hours plus two more days for mattress to fully inflate, the hump never flattened out. Didn’t contact Amazon or the seller for a refund because I like the firmness of the mattress and decided to just make it work. I did throw a topper on it which sort of helped even out the hump! The mattress is thick and the pillow top is nice with the exception of the hump! A tad firmer than I expected but I would much prefer too firm rather than too soft! Again the topper helped with that too!

When we first got this mattress, we were so surprised that it seemed like too small for the box it was in. Actually, it was pretty heavy, and needed two people to carry it upstairs. Once I let it out of the box, I realized it needed to inflate. The whole process took only a couple minutes. But none-the-less, it is up and running and we have had time to adjust to it. I am a super firm bed person, I need my bed to be able to support my back. It took me a long time to choose my mattress. So this was an interesting choice. It is not that firm, it is kinda between firm and medium firm. It was really stable while I was on the top! I found it very comfortable and also there is enough space for my bf and I. When I hit the edge of the bed, I can see it is using the springs to keep it from failing. And when I'm laying in bed, I cannot feel the springs. I feel very comfortable in this mattress. I'd say it would be perfect for those who like semi-firm, or a mattress with some give to it. Frankly I found the extra firm one we had was so firm there was no give at all. Hips would hurt and so would shoulder, because it would not give at all. The box weighed about 50lbs, and it was easy enough to drag up the stairs. Unboxing it was easy and then letting it unfold and inflate was quick. Plus there is a small but not offensive odor that emanates from it for that same period of time. After that, there was no smell at all. Honestly, I'm so glad to have had a chance to give this a try. It really feels decent and as though it will be around for a while.

After only a few months of use it already has collapsed somewhat on the side I sleep on. I can't turn it or flip it every 30 days due to neck and back issues. I got a firm on one side and extra firm on the other side hoping that would slow the deformation down but...
