These stakes saved my sanity. I have a big dog with lots of energy and these stakes kept my outdoor rug from moving an inch when he comes barreling in like a lunatic. I don’t know how I survived without these!! They were incredibly easy to use and stay in the ground amazingly.

While I love the product, the package is terrible. Read on for details. These long nails with washers are great for holding down my camping rug that seems to blow away so often that it ends up being stacked with rocks on the edges and corners. This removes that tripping hazard and nails down the corners with ease. I already have a small camping hatchet, and the back side of that is a blunt hammer, so I was able to use that to drive these stakes in the ground. They didn't come loose during a few gusts of wind. What a great addition to our camping gear! Now for the bad...by the time you get into the package, you'll be ready to find yourself a new bag to keep these. I'm not sure why a reusable product like this would come in such terrible packaging. We ended up using a zip up gallon baggie for the moment. We'll probably sew up a zipper bag when we get some free time. 10/10 product, 3/10 package.
