This was very easy to use and the size was perfect. The arms are adjustable so you can do multiple poses. It was very easy to install took less than a minute. We have one arm pointed upwards and it hasn’t fallen down so it’s pretty functional. Good value would purchase again

I decided my Halloween graveyard scene needed a skeleton climbing out of the ground to complete the effect, so I was browsing through Amazon to see what was available. I bypassed the groundbreakers with feet sticking up. (He's supposed to be crawling out of his grave, not kicking up his heels.) To my surprise, the most realistic looking set of skull and arms was not the most expensive, plus it had added features. Arms connect at the elbows to swiveling ground stakes, which allow them to be positioned, plus a skull that can be displayed with mouth open or closed. When it arrived shortly after I ordered it, (Amazon is good for that!) I couldn't believe my eyes upon opening it. It actually looks more realistic in "real life" than it does in the picture! Being a lifelong Halloween enthusiast, I have gone through many plastic skulls and skeletons, and this is the most realistic I've ever owned. Very pleased with my purchase! I don't think I could have done better anywhere else! ... show more

The arms both had stakes but the skull is free roaming, so animals can easily knock it around. Kinda useless for my corner lot unfortunately, but return window closed so I guess I just have arms in my yard heh
