I really like this form factor. Yes it feels fairly cheap -- look at the price tag, it is. But it is comfortable, light, and for *extremely* basic tasks, it works. As others have noted, it is slow to respond to touches, and the performance is definitely slow for anything beyond the most basic, basic of games or web browsing. So, if your needs truly are absolutely minimal, this device will be great! Anything beyond that tho, sadly, you will likely want a slightly higher tier option. Note that this device does work for harder jobs, it just does not work well. (Low frame rate, slow response time, etc) Unfortunately I had to update this review to reduce stars, because it was having issues charging. Truly, I think there is a great opportunity for this price point and form factor, but I guess the technology needs to catch up to be reliable. I still wish it was as great as it could be!!     • Inexpensive and functional, but sluggish and screen too small for my use
I purchased this to use with SkySafari 7 Pro software and my telescope. For the price, it is a very capable tablet and was able to function well including driving my mount. However, I found it to be very sluggish in responding to menu choices and entering text searches. The screen was too small for my large hands to efficiently select astronomical objects and menu choices on the screen.
