I was worried that this would ship with a crappy, confusing universal remote. But this has a custom made remote with the buttons clearly marked. Set up was easy and intuitive. The tabata function is the main reason I got this for and it works well. My wife uses it to make her workouts easier to do. Overall very pleased. Comes with mounting bracket's and screws that work ok. As others have said the power cord is on the short side and will need an extension cord in some applications. The printed instructions were in poor English but easy to read and use.

First thing about this product is that I really like the brightness of the LED digits. I was a little concerned that 1.8" would be too small for my home gym. The digits are very bright and are easily visible from across the room. The unit is easy to program and so far works great. I do wish that it would provide a countdown the last three seconds like it does for the rest periods and the begin timer. The biggest issue I have with this is that the power adapter cord is about 4' long. There is no way to mount this to a wall and run the power adapter down to an outlet. I will have to purchase an adapter with at least 8 - 10' long.

Great clock for home or garage gym. Used to use my phone for timing. This timer is a huge improvement over that. Meets all my needs and is very easy to use. Making adjustments to workout times is easy as well.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It does not function. The remote does not work to do anything. I gave it a star only because I had to but it does turn on when you plug it in so I guess it has that going for it. The remote is the only way to do anything, from setting the time to programming workouts. The remote provided just simply doesn't work. Push any button and you get no response. It's a waste of money to purchase this. I posed the question about the remote not functioning and I'm not the only one, it appears, who has this issue.

This is a great clock for any gym. Looks super professional on the wall. There's a lot of buttons on the remote and it's quite confusing but once you figure out the features that you need, it becomes well worth the purchase.
