I usually don't buy lower end "toy" RC cars, but I bought this one for my 5 year old. And I'm very impressed. You get a set of drift wheels and street tires with it and they're easy to change. One center screw is all that holds it on and a hex shaped hub. The quality seems pretty decent. He loves it and has been having a lot of fun with it. It came with a set of double A batteries for the transmitter and two batteries for the car. They last a decent amount considering they're only 500 mAH batteries. The battery compartment is big enough for a bigger battery. You can buy adapters for many RC batteries at a local hobby shop or online depending on what you find. For the price, it's great fun and looks nice. The only issue we've had is the left side side mirror keeps falling off. It snaps in place but I need to glue it on to stay.

Fantastic R/C car. I received the iridescent color scheme and was not disappointed. Besides its looks I was impressed with its drivability and how fun it is for the kids. Size is large enough for others to see from a distance while still being light weight. It’s well made and fast enough for the low cost. I would recommend.

I got it for my son for a birthday. It was all awesome and fun until he drifted it toward the bottom of the steps right as my husband came down the last step and unfortunately stepped on it. It still works with a cracked body. So made moderately well, but give it points for still working after being smashed (accidentally) by a big guy

This little car packs a punch! It drifts very well on smooth surfaces, and the LED lights look great in low light. Including two batteries is a huge plus for extending the racing fun. My son has soo much fun, and can do minor repairs which is fun. Super fast. Very durable and still kicking after playing for quite some time now, and slamming into furniture a bit!

This was a hit on Christmas morning! The kid and both grandpas took turns on a makeshift racing track until the batteries died…Then they charged it up and did it all over again. It was easy enough to drive and drift right out the box, but difficult enough to keep them coming back to it with different made up courses in the house.

I bought this car because there are reviews of this car outside Amazon that this exact RC model 1/24, the gray Porche or the Nissan GTR with the exact same remote has both proportional throttle and proportional steering. This has proportional throttle, but NOT proportional steering. Somehow, they (certain distributors) must have switched out the steering motor/servo to the cheaper non-proportional one. I was disappointed so I returned. I really want full proportional for these exact RCs as mentioned in the external reviews. So weird that the exact same toy and remote did not have these same full proportional capabilities.
