I love this safe, and it’s weird that I’m at the age in my Life now that i was excited about getting one. Not gonna lie, i did have to have my 17 yr old help me set it bc i couldn’t figure it out how to set the code. There’s a button on the inside that u have to press, et voilà! It’s a perfect size for me, just needed something for passports, birth certificates, ss cards etc. easy to open and close and comes w keys bc i will forget my code for sure, i just hope i don’t forget where i put the keys!

Within the first few days of receiving the product, I noticed a significant issue with the dialing system. Regrettably, the safe has become increasingly challenging to open, forcing us to resort to using a flathead screwdriver each time. This inconvenience is unacceptable. I expected a reliable and functional product, but the current situation is far from satisfactory. This also poses as a potential injury to one of my employees. I am requesting a prompt resolution of this matter and I demand a full refund for the defective safe.

The safe is just big enough to carry but features ability to fix in place. The shelving unit made it easy to determine height needed. Depth could have been a bit bigger but convenient for basic safe keeping needs.

Even though the description states that the safe is fireproof it is only sheet steel thick and the door nor the inside is lined with fireboard. It doesn't have a fireproof door seal either. It's not a bad safe for the money. I will however have to line the safe and install a fireproof door seal in order to make it actually fireproof. I find the description to be an outright lie. I wouldn't have known that it wasn't fireproof if I didn't already have one that is actually fireproof. I only rated it 3 stars only because it isn't fireproof as stated in the description.
