This little rc car is very fun. It's nicely made with some quality aluminum parts, not all plastic like some rc. Out of the box with a charged battery this has no issues ripping thru the grass or dirt. Even able to hit my big rc ramp but not quite fast enough for a backflip. Still a durable and extremely fun little rc car that anyone will have fun with.

Incredible what is available on these value kits. I was looking for a way to break my kids into the hobby without spending too much. This setup is impressive at the price point. Way more rugged than I expected. My 8 year old has been having a blast bashing in the back yard and I have yet to need to do a repair. It wouldn't scratch the itch for an enthusiast but it definitely gets new fans into a car that is affordable. Controls are responsive enough. The battery lasts for a decent run. It is plenty of power and speed for new drivers. Size is great for tossing in the car for a quick run to the rc park. Lots of fun in a small package.

Back in the day the only option you had for a reliable RC was the high end hobby grade stuff that cost a fortune. Thankfully those days are long gone and affordable very hobby-esque cars are now available. This for example is a perfect example of a beast of a car at a ridiculously low price . Pros: -A quarter of the cost of other branded rc -Its truly RTR with battery and charger -Insanely fast brushless setup -The fact that stock is brushless without having to upgrade is awesome -Takes amazing amount of abuse -Perfect scale size for yard use Cons: -Its almost too fast -Parts you have to get from overseas and take awhile to get. All in all a solid little car thats great for backyard and small part use. Its insanely fast and a blast to use. However no car is strong enough to take a concrete wall at 40mph so you still have to be careful. Best to turn it down for the kiddos. Parts are available; however you do have to get them from overseas!

This is a rebadged WLToys product. WLToys is a well know name in RC cars. They have been making models based off this architecture for quite a while now and they are good at it. The car is small, looks great and it is fast for it's small size. The design is a good and a durable one if not a little dated. They slapped a nice, modern brushless system into it and it moves. It handles pretty well and it is an entry level hobby grade car so everything can be replaced. WLToys replacement parts are not hard to find on line either which is a big plus. The good points are price, speed, good handling and good durability with parts that are easy to find. The design is very well used so finding parts to modify the car should be easy as well. The bad is the older design isn't as durable as some more modern RC cars coming out of China. The phillips head screws scream entry level hobby grade and hopefully WLToys will switch to hex head hardware soon. If you are looking for a fast, fun little RC car for the kids or something you can throw in a back pack and have fun with for around $100 this is a good RC car for sure. Edit: Removing a star due to the chassis being too thin and a weak point at the bulk heads. The chassis plastic at the bulk head is very thin and a weak point and will break too easily.

Honestly impressed me a lot with its performance and its price. A lot of the other RC cars I've gotten for around the same price are nowhere near as fast or as nicely built as this one. This is a very fun car to drive around when I'm not using my Traxxas. My only issue with it is the remote, I don't really like how it looks all that much.

My son is a fan of RC cars so he got first dibs on playing with this. He's a teen and his thoughts on it were that it was "kinda mid but super fast." He also complained about the short battery life. A little pricey for a toy grade car but he had fun with it.

OK first I'll say that the instructions leave a lot to be desired. It took me a ridiculously long time to find the on/off switch, even after I figured out how to get the body off of it. (The switch is a super tiny red button that's almost invisible.) And the body itself is a pain to get on and off. That being said, it would take a LOT more than that for me to dock this a star. This thing is an absolute BLAST! I'm 66 years old and when I'm running this I can't stop giggling! I can't believe how fast it is, and how quickly it accelerates! I live out in the desert with a very long wide circular gravel driveway and a huge gravel area for parking, horse trailers, etc and etc. It's a great place to run this - but as fast as it is, I could still use a bigger place. (As I type this it occurs to me I might take it out to my horse arena next.) It has a LOT of metal moving parts in the gearing and suspension, the motor is surprisingly heavy - yet the entire car is light as a feather. I've already flipped it dozens of times on the rocky terrain, and at some point I'm sure I'm going to break some parts but so far so good. I don't know yet how hard it will be to find parts when I need them.

Yes this thing is fast for its size and yes it is fun to play with but it was poorly built The shocks in susbenjamin doesn't extend enough I already put larger shocks on mine And it definitely needs more travel. The steering setup sucks plain and simple. Any 14-year-old kid that's never used ARC car played with NRC car before like this we'll surely burn up the spur gear very quickly and and the steering will inherently break because it's already garbage Someone said it well already for the money you're gonna be spending and fixing this and all of that you can buy a really nice car if you just save up all that money
