Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much at this price, but this thing came out of the box looking serious. The TENSPEED 1:14 RC truck has a nice, aggressive look and a very solid build. Feels like they actually thought it through! Here’s what really surprised me — they send you double of almost everything. Two batteries, two full sets of wheels (standard off-road + paddle tires), extra pins, screws, shocks, body parts, and more. It’s like they just kept packing stuff in the box like a maintenance kit. It drives great, especially for a budget RC — surprisingly fast for a brushed motor. The steering is really fast and provides a level of control not normally seen at this price. The 4WD works great and will do donuts no problem. It feels a little overbuilt but in the good way. Only thing: mine had a throttle that stuck a little at first. It feels like the trigger wasn’t rebounding right or something in the ESC needed a moment to calibrate... huge deadzone in the trigger. After a few runs I somewhat sorted it out, but it’s worth noting. And finally, it looks cool… It has a unique matte and glossy paint scheme that stands out. It also has skid plates on the roof. Both bodies are the same, by the way; Usually you get a couple of choices, but it’s nice to have a spare. All in all, it’s a blast to drive, looks cool, and the value is unreal for the price. If you’re even thinking about picking one up, I’d say go for it. Just be ready for a little fiddling if you get the same throttle issue I did!

Powerful for the price. This RC car is affordable but no joke. It feels fast at the 70% power option but outright blazing fast at 100% power. It comes with tons of spare parts and an extra set of wheels/rims too. I have had a blast taking it apart and putting it back together. Love the fact that it comes with 2 battery packs and swapping them takes less than 30 seconds. The remote controller is well thought out with adjustments for steering trim, 70/100% power selectors, and button for headlights. The steering wheel imitates a suede wrapped steering wheel. The car itself generally can go over most terrains with power or speed. One interesting thing I noticed was that there is a front and rear differential. If you hold down a wheel, the remaining 3 wheels still spin proving the awd claim of the vehicle. Lastly, you can reverse super fast and then try to go forward super fast to get the car to do a wheelie. I recommend driving it on flat hard surface first so you can get used to it's power. Grass and bumpy surface driving should be reserved until you become a better driver as the car with all it's power has a tendency to flip if given too much power and hitting bumps. I wish I had bought 2 or more so I could have races with them. I have abused and put the car through its paces and aside from all the scratches and scruffs, it's still going strong. I held the car and ran the motor at full speed for almost 5 minutes and the motor was still fine and not too hot. There is even a heatsink for the control chip and power supply, but it is doesn't even get warm. Great car!

This car is a beast! I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a reliable, fast, tough, easy to use car. My son and I have already spent a ton of time running this car both on and off road and we've been having a blast. This works great both in the grass, dirt, rocks and street! I was also impressed with the range of control from the remote. All said and done this thing is impressive and I highly recommend it.
