I have quite a few RC cars. This car comes with solid plastic drift tires for when you want to slide and drift the car, and a set of rubber grip tires for standard driving. The car gets decent traction with the regular rubber tires and the car is fast. The 4 wheel drive really puts the power on the ground. The body shell is the common lightweight vacuum formed body that clips on with four little hairpin type clips. This is my least favorite thing about this level of RC cars. The battery life is about common for this level of car but it helps that it comes with two batteries for longer play time. The car comes with a USB charging cable, but no actual charger. You need to use a USB charging source like a cell phone charger to charge the batteries. It has a very nice remote that lets you adjust the car's power output so you can slow the car down for less experienced drivers. ... show more

This car is amazingly fast for its size and value, It ran on dirt pretty well and has not broken at all. Ive ran it down stairs and over rocks, it can take a lot. Its battery is great too.

ordered this RC care because I like RC items and this car looked like fun. And yes this car is fun. This RC car is very fast and will drift in turns. This RC car is fast enough to cause damage to yourself if you try to catch it at full speed with your foot. This RC car has a standard style controller with a speed trigger and turning wheel for direction. Overall, a fun RC car to run up and down the street in your neighborhood. ... show more

My kids absolutely LOVE this remote control car! I love that it has cool interchangeable parts that add to the experience and TWO rechargeable battery packs! That's right, you can be charging one battery pack while using the other one. I cannot tell you how many batteries we have gone through with other remote control cars or how often my kids have lost interest or forgotten about a car because we had to wait to recharge the battery packs. This solves both of those problems and I love it. The car is so fast! It goes forward fast and reverse fast. It responds very easily to the commands of the remote control. Turn radius is fairly tight and run time on a charge is exceptional. The car has a thin shell over the inner frame but so far it has been very durable. My biggest complaint is how expensive this car is. It is pretty expensive to me. Yes, there are incredible plusses that probably explain away the price tag but I'm just not sold on it being as costly as it is. ... show more
