I was a little hesitant to order thinking the videos probably make these look cooler than they actually are, and I was already struggling with purchasing "just another toy", however I was last minute and needed something fast so I ended up buying two - one for each of my nephews (ages 7 and 9). They came super fast, operate EXACTLY LIKE THE VIDEOS - which is so much better when you get to experience it in real life! Luckily they my nephews didn't open them first, because after opening these, they had no interest in opening the rest of their gifts! These definitely became the hit of the holidays and even the adults were a little jealous after seeing how cool these things were. I have since ordered two more for additional family members - including my 72 year old father. They were super easy to begin using straight from the packaging and only needed minimal practice to become skilled at maneuvering them around. I admit they kind of took over the evening which was frustrating to some who still had gifts to give, but for me (and for them) it was definitely a win! These are going to be my next go to for birthday party gifts for kids and adults of all ages for sure!

I ordered this so my nephews would have some toys when they come stay at my house. They absolutely love this car. In the time it took me to open the box and install the batteries in the remote, my youngest nephew had already taken the button apart on the wrist strap. Luckily this was easy enough to put back together once I found the internal mechanism of the button. I wish they had glued this piece together at the factory. As soon as we turned it on, the car started playing an obnoxious tune, and I wasn't sure how long I was going to be able to handle it. My oldest nephew figured out how to turn the music off, but refuses to show me how he did it (lol, kids). The battery drains pretty quickly but it does come with an extra chargeable battery, and they charge pretty quickly, so there isn't a huge gap in play time. The car seems pretty durable considering the amount of furniture they have rammed it into, and jumped it off of. Once I was finally able to have a turn to play with it, I thought the wrist strap was a neat feature. We all had a great time playing with this little car. I would have given it 5 stars if the wrist strap hadn't been so easy to disassemble. It's a lot of fun, and is priced better than some of the remote control cars I have found at some of our local retail stores.
