I knew this was a small cube when I ordered it, but I had no intention of using it as a primary enclosure for any of my fish, even though I only have “nano” fish. Smaller tanks are notoriously difficult to maintain water-quality parameters in them, and a betta would foul this water fairly rapidly. The included instructions actually have some decent advice on general aquarium setup and preparation for inhabitants. The LED light is a flexible strip of circuitry which snaps into the inside of the lid. You must obtain your own AC adapter for it as it only has a USB plug at the end. I was happy with the light output (see my pic). What I was somewhat unhappy with is that the actual volume of the cube is nearly 10% smaller than advertised—the product description says it is 0.8 gallon, when my measurements of the inside dimensions show it is closer to 0.73 gallon. Again, I wouldn’t use this is a primary home for any fish, but it will be useful as a grow-out tank for fry, or a quarantine/hospital tank, or at best a few cherry shrimp which don’t quickly produce a lot of waste as fish will. If you’re new to aquariums, please do not do what a lot of social-media influencers do and place fish in a tank this small!

You should have no illusions that this aquarium is very large. It’s a roughly 6”x6”x6” plastic aquarium with lid and led light. It good for small critters like shrimp or a temporary holding tank when cleaning something bigger. BYO sand, plants, and critters. I wish it was slightly bigger but I knew what I was getting from the beginning. The plastic is clear and showed no leaks with water. Overall, good small tank for small critters or temporary useage.

The product measures about 6"x6", which is smaller than the description claimed (‑2 stars). That may not sound like a huge difference, but in the world of small aquariums and little frogs, an inch is basically real estate—prime waterfront property. For them, that missing inch can mean the difference between a cozy swim and bumper‑to‑bumper traffic. Of course, it’s not meant to be their forever home—more of a frog‑friendly layover lounge while the main pad gets a scrub. Still, I was banking on that extra inch of real estate to squeeze in a small pump.

This is a good small fish bowl for temporary use or for decoration. The plastic is clear and shatterproof, so I don’t have to worry about it breaking. The LED lighting is a nice touch and makes it look really cute at night. It’s definitely a small tank—better for isolation, tiny aquatic pets, or as a display piece—but it works well for what it’s made for. Lightweight, easy to clean, and easy to move around. No issues so far.

This 0.8-gallon cube fish bowl is simple, stylish, and perfect for small setups. The shape looks modern on a shelf or desk, and the clear acrylic gives a great view from all sides. It’s lightweight but sturdy and easy to clean, which is a big plus. It’s definitely best for small aquatic pets or decorative setups, but for what it is, it works great and looks adorable.

This is a nice little plastic aquarium if you are looking for just one or two small fish. It comes with the aquarium and an LED light. That is pretty much all you need for a Betta fish. Overall, this cute little aquarium is exactly as listed and is a great tool for housing fish temporarily or for a betta on your desk. At right around $20, it's a little on the pricey side for a small chunk of plastic but it's still under $20.

I took off one star because the light does *not* come with an on and off switch nor changes brightness or color. If you want the light off you have to unplug the usb (does not include cube). The fish tank is cute and really great starter tank for smaller fish like a goldfish or beta fish. The fish so far seem happy it does have a cut out for dispensing food and for the light cable or any bubbler you wish to add. The set includes: plastic fish tank, little cutouts, and usb light that fits in an internal cutout area (bubbler not included). The light is not glass so it won't overheat its one of those led strip type of ones. I used a vitamin water bottle for others gauge the size of the tank.
