The media could not be loaded. Instructions are sparse. They don’t tell you which fertilizer they recommend. . So I ordered some. Then the fertilizer plugged the water holes. Then water leaked out and plants dried up. The foam, I put the seeds in, sprouted faster than the pods I bought a week earlier. They do like to be warm. It was too noisy for the house. So I put outside. First 90 degree day, the sprouts melted. Had to send back. Customer Service. Plan on language barrier.

The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this tower, after using it for about a month or so i saw why its a terrible design. It leaks alot so u have to constantly replenish lost water & nutrients. Tbe holding tank hilds abput 7 gallons which is ok if it contained the water inside like its supposed to. For the price, defenetly do jot buy! You will be dissapinted as well.

Product showed up way later than promised. When I finally got it I was half way tempted to return it but decided to put it together. Mistake! Assembly wasn’t terrible. After assembly I put it to work. I now have 80 plants terming and the pump is loosing pressure two days into service. Now I’m being told I will getting a response in two days. Oh, and it leaks all over the place so don’t try to use it indoors unless you have a pan under it.
