Super happy with these bar stools. Very good quality, solid on a heavy brushed chrome base. Nice stitching on the cushions. Easy to assemble - the screws fit perfectly and all parts were present. These stools were expensive but they seem sturdy and are comfortable for a short time, they swivel and look fairly nice. Not sure if they are worth the money yet since I've only had them for a month. The instructions do not tell you that the screws for the gas operated lift are inside the tube so that delayed us from putting them together for a couple of days. Very attractive. I chose cream to match my dinning room chairs as close as possible. I’m not one that can put things together but this a child can do. As you can see there is only 3 pieces to each chair. directions are simple and photos very clear. They are comfortable to sit on, and even if the are a light weight, they don’t whabble like many do. We ordered four of these chairs at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. The promised delivery date was the following Thursday (six days after order received.) Instead, the chairs were delivered on Sunday at noon, less than 48 hours after they were ordered. The chairs came two to a box and each box was easily carried by one person. Assembly was simple and took about 15 minutes for the first chair, then about 5 minutes each for subsequent chairs (once the assembly pattern was understood.) The slate color is exactly what we wanted and the chairs are very comfortable. Based on initial inspection and use, the chairs are well made, feel substantial and the gas operated height adjustment mechanism works very well. The imitation leather feels good and appears to be of durable material. The footrest seems to be in a good position to feel comfortable for most people. On balance, the quality of these chairs seems high, especially when compared to the price, making them an excellent overall value. ... show more
