These stools were expensive but they seem sturdy and are comfortable for a short time, they swivel and look fairly nice. Not sure if they are worth the money yet since I've only had them for a month. The instructions do not tell you that the screws for the gas operated lift are inside the tube so that delayed us from putting them together for a couple of days. Only required four screws and a press fit into the base. Easiest assembly ever! The blue is a gorgeous color, and matches my kitchen. It is very sturdy and comfortable! Sidenote, the wrong instructions were included in my box. I got on to the seller’s website, and on a Sunday afternoon, was able to get the instructions emailed to me immediately. Very attractive. I chose cream to match my dinning room chairs as close as possible. I’m not one that can put things together but this a child can do. As you can see there is only 3 pieces to each chair. directions are simple and photos very clear. They are comfortable to sit on, and even if the are a light weight, they don’t whabble like many do.
