However, it wasn’t a big issue, and a teenager’s help was more than enough to get it installed. Within less than an hour of opening the boxes, the kids were already bouncing and having a blast! The springs feel incredibly sturdy, and the trampoline comfortably accommodates two kids at a time without any concerns. Not only has this trampoline been fantastic, but the company itself has been outstanding. If you’re considering buying a trampoline, I highly recommend going with this brand. They truly stand behind their warranty and their customer service is top-notch. I live in one of the hottest cities in the U.S., where summer temps easily hit 110° (and have even reached 120°). Naturally, a few parts wore out over time—but the company sent me replacements for free, no hassle at all. That’s amazing service! As for the trampoline itself, it’s built strong, holds up well, and has brought so much fun to my family. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

It’s a great trampoline, kids have spent hours and hours on it. Great value for money and excellent quality even if it stays outdoor in New England all year. When the kids broke the trampoline (due to not following guidelines), customer service was outstanding. Summer especially helped us swiftly and efficiently. We are very grateful for sending over the spare parts and the trampoline was up and running within the hour again.

I purchased the 15Ft trampoline in July of 2022. Right away you can tell that it’s made of quality materials, it’s sturdy and heavy. My kids love it. Comes with detailed instructions and It is so easy to assemble, I actually did it in less than 2 hours with help from my 9 year old daughter. Only mistake I made was that I didn’t anchor it down with the provided spikes, and ended up finding it on the other side of the backyard after a big storm in Chicago with winds over 40mph. 3 of the safety net posts were bent bad. After contacting customer support I got replacements in the mail in less than a week free of charge even though it was my fault for not following the use and maintenance instructions. This company has a customer service that I haven’t send before. I would buy from them again.

It comes in like 6 boxes and almost all are a “team lift”. I will say it comes with white gloves for assembly which I found funny. Make sure you find the spring tools-game changers. If the pieces of the frame don’t go together pretty easy check to make sure you have the right pieces. The only negative I have is the poles are coated in black and there were a lot of scrapes on the poles already when we removed them from the box. I’m hoping they make accessories for this size/shape as it doesn’t seem to be common. It took some time to assemble- two grown women +4hrs

Well-made trampoline that is very easy to assemble. Took a little over two hours with my 12 year old helping. Make sure you don't have the net inside out, otherwise, it's a breeze! Customer service from the Amazon seller as well as the company was excellent. I only called b/c I thought I had received the wrong color, but the purple actually goes over the blue. My son loves it, his last one was smashed into a tree in a huge windstorm that ripped the anchors out with it! But we got 7 years out of it, and this one is definitely an upgrade! I used the provided anchors as well as additional ones I purchased separately, just in case ;-) Purchased this one as my son is now older, as are his friends, and it has a higher weight capacity. He loves that it's not the standard blue. Looking forward to years of enjoyment from this one!

Ordered this trampoline in the fall of ‘24. I have 5 kids that jump on it regularly no matter the weather and it is holding up well. During a high wind storm a pole snapped and when we contacted the customer service they were extremely helpful and would respond right away. Caroline was very helpful and responded to my questions/concerns right away the next day. We received the replacement pole and then discovered a second had also snapped. Still, Caroline and the customer service team continued to help until we got the trampoline all fixed. So wonderful!!!
