This trampoline is absolutely amazing. Whatever these other reviews are saying, are like fluke events. Just saying. It was easy to put together, it is made awesomely, I love the purple, my husband and I and our two daughters jump on this together and have enjoyed it for 3-4 months! We are so happy we chose this one!

I recently purchased this 10-ft trampoline, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our backyard! The vibrant red and blue colors are eye-catching, and the quality of the materials is great. The setup was straightforward—I carefully followed the instructions, though I would suggest the manual include a bit more text and larger images, as it was easy to lose track at certain points. However, it wasn’t a big issue, and a teenager’s help was more than enough to get it installed. Within less than an hour of opening the boxes, the kids were already bouncing and having a blast! The springs feel incredibly sturdy, and the trampoline comfortably accommodates two kids at a time without any concerns. This 10-ft trampoline is an excellent replacement for the 4-year-old one we had before, and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add some fun to their outdoor space!

This is a great trampoline! Kids say it’s very bouncy. No missing pieces. It took my husband and I about 5-6 hours to put together. The directions were good. I only wish the individual parts came labeled. But we wrote on them with sharpie marker to identify them. Boxes are heavy! We struggled lifting them. I think taking the parts out of the boxes first would have been better in retrospect than carrying the entire box. It’s a very good looking trampoline. It seems very high quality. We are hoping for years of enjoyment from this.

Not only has this trampoline been fantastic, but the company itself has been outstanding. If you’re considering buying a trampoline, I highly recommend going with this brand. They truly stand behind their warranty and their customer service is top-notch. I live in one of the hottest cities in the U.S., where summer temps easily hit 110° (and have even reached 120°). Naturally, a few parts wore out over time—but the company sent me replacements for free, no hassle at all. That’s amazing service! As for the trampoline itself, it’s built strong, holds up well, and has brought so much fun to my family. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

It comes in like 6 boxes and almost all are a “team lift”. I will say it comes with white gloves for assembly which I found funny. Make sure you find the spring tools-game changers. If the pieces of the frame don’t go together pretty easy check to make sure you have the right pieces. The only negative I have is the poles are coated in black and there were a lot of scrapes on the poles already when we removed them from the box. I’m hoping they make accessories for this size/shape as it doesn’t seem to be common. It took some time to assemble- two grown women +4hrs

I purchased the 15Ft trampoline in July of 2022. Right away you can tell that it’s made of quality materials, it’s sturdy and heavy. My kids love it. Comes with detailed instructions and It is so easy to assemble, I actually did it in less than 2 hours with help from my 9 year old daughter. Only mistake I made was that I didn’t anchor it down with the provided spikes, and ended up finding it on the other side of the backyard after a big storm in Chicago with winds over 40mph. 3 of the safety net posts were bent bad. After contacting customer support I got replacements in the mail in less than a week free of charge even though it was my fault for not following the use and maintenance instructions. This company has a customer service that I haven’t send before. I would buy from them again.
