We have loved our 15’ trampoline for several years, but after a windstorm last fall, it got thrown across the yard, knocked a pine tree almost over and the frame was slightly bent. My family was able to get it bent back into shape and shockingly there was no damage to the jumping mat. We needed a few replacement poles for the net enclosure. Ivy at customer service helped us figure out what was needed and it was a reasonable price for the parts. The kids are back to bouncing once again, and this trampoline has so much life left in it! We've had our trampoline for about 2 years and a wind storm +60mph knocked it out. Frame and safely net were done. I contacted the manufacturer and for essentially $100 (safety net was $80) was able to replace the damaged parts. 6 major frame parts, 6 net poles, springs, pole pads, and the safety net. Their customer service is in a different time zone but very responsive. Initial parts sent were missing a few things and they fixed that quickly as well. Took at most 3 weeks to verify damaged parts, get everything, and build it on a dry day. I would definitely recommend this company as they stand behind their products and are driven to delight their customers. Thanks for the help!

We have owned this trampoline since 2018 our daughter has used it almost every day for the last five years we recently moved and I thought it would be a major pain however, it was very easy to take down and reassemble at our new house. We live in Seattle and it’s held up really well!! we recommend you buy the biggest trampoline. Your yard can accommodate you won’t regret it!!

I bought this trampoline in 2018 and last year it was flipped over by the wind. (second time; we failed to properly anchor it, btw). I contacted the company, received an immediate reply, and within days I received the repair pieces, at no charge to me. WOW. I NEVER expected that.

The trampoline has a solid construction and my kids love to play on it. What really blew my mind is the outstanding service and ownership that Zupapa provided. One net pole bent and one broke off because my kids started pushing on the net from the outside in. I fully expected it would be a disaster getting the spare parts and that I maybe even had to buy a new trampoline. Nothing could be further from the truth. I contacted Zupapa and they were very very fast to respond and super helpful. They confirmed they sold spare parts and sent me a sheet of what’s available. I selected the parts that I needed and paid the $10 (including shipping!) over PayPal. The parts arrived within a week and I was able to fix the trampoline. Thanks Zupapa for stocking the spare parts and standing behind your product!

We like the trampoline so far. It wasn’t bad to put up. The hardest part was getting the net poles in the sleeve. We sprayed soapy water (dawn soap) on the foam and that helped tremendously . The net is on the outside of the springs which does give the kids more room but there aren’t enough clips on the net to attach it tightly to the trampoline. This leaves gaps and kids feet/legs can go down between the pad and the net. I wish this could be secured better which is why I gave it 4 stars. 😊

This trampoline is holding up perfectly after three years of outdoor use. The safety features are even undamaged, which I did not foresee, what with the abuse the netting takes. We've moved once in those three years, and the trampoline is easy enough to put together that my two kids assembled it at our new place. (They helped when we first got it and so remembered how to do it.) Nice product, Zupapa!
