This arrived today. My wife and I assembled it, in the dark, after my daughter’s softball double header. It took two hours and we missed a step and had to redo some parts. The instructions are OK. I feel like there could’ve been more prompting and some nicer blow-up diagrams of the hardware included in the pictures. But once you figure it out it goes quickly. First impressions from the kids were positive, stating that the jump surface is huge and it’s super bouncy. It does make traditional trampoline noises, but not as much as our old one did. The 10x17 with basketball hoops definitely does have the one-piece surface and side netting with the no-gap sewn connections. This was important to us. The springs are not even in the jump surface. But yet they come with an adequate pad. The hardware (nylon nuts, bolts, washers) truly seem like the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Not uncommon for these things, but at the price point I thought it might be better. As we tear down for winter, I’ll replace the cheap locknuts and whatnot. Even assembling in the dark I would’ve appreciated some lock washers and some solid hardware. However, once it was fully assembled it did come together nicely and seemed stable. The safety net parts (the rails, not the hardware) were sturdy, snap together, and were very hard to mess up. So I appreciated that. Some of our tubing pads (the pool noodle stuff) was torn to shreds from shipping. The boxes had two small holes in them when they arrived, but the holes were in the perfect spot to chew up some padding. But overall, it’s a huge product that shipped in three boxes and the shipping damage was very minor. All parts were accounted for. (We haven’t put on the basketball hoop yet) It does come with some ground anchor staples. It’s heavy. With a small hardware upgrade, I’m hoping to get 6 years out of this thing. And from how sturdy it seems, we will be able to do so. Trampolines cause a lot of injuries. This one, with plenty of room to bounce, no-gap and effectively no access to the springs from the users, and the side netting, should limit the possibility of injury. Kids gotta be kids. And I’d rather them be bouncing than be on their iPads. At this price point I will say that the trampoline meets expectations. I will update if we have any issues. But don’t be afraid of the assembly. I did purchase the Amazon warranty for the product but the product comes with a decent parts warranty by itself. So I bought with confidence. No regrets. It’s bouncy. And huge. Update: the basketball hoop arcs went together ok, (by myself it took nearly as long as the main assembly) and they definitely added to the appeal. The hoops look super flimsy but they are well designed to flex, and they also are large enough and the side straps allow for easy shot making. So it’s not an impossible challenge for people to shoot and score. Kids are loving it.

We bought the 10x17 for our daughter who loves gymnastics. The bounce according to her is great. The jump surface is very big for the dimensions as it allows her enough room to practice skills. It says it’s a two person set up but I was able to assemble with just my self, the basketball additions were tricky but was still able to do it with just me. The quality seems good for the price as it feels very sturdy. It does come with ground stakes but I opted to purchase different ones so I could really make sure this doesn’t move. When putting it together we had 2 straps on the netting rear. I took photos and contacted customer service, I emailed back and forth with an associate by the name of Lynn who promptly put in for a replace ment mat/net as there was no way to separate them since they are sewn together. It’s rare to find the customer Omer service level I received and it looks as though others have had similarly wonderful interactions as well. If we go to buy other goods like this. I will check out this brand before buying any other.

We have had this trampoline for 6 years and never had issues! After a horrible storm recently a tree fell and damages 3 frames pieces, the company replaced all three pieces under the warranty and we received the items all within a week or less! Amazing customer service, amazing product! We have loved this trampoline and now we get to continue to enjoy it for many more years!

We usually don't write reviews, but it seems to be difficult to get information on this trampoline and so figured we would try to help folks with their analysis. We purchased this with the thought that it would be a bit better than most the ones sold in the big box stores at a reasonable to good price. These are our first impressions and thoughts on the Zupapa 15Ft Trampoline broken out by some categories: Set up = 4 stars, pretty much the same as any other trampoline. All the pieces fit easily and they include everything you need. The instructions could be better, but I would recommend watching a few Utube videos of any trampoline set up to get a fairly good understanding of what to do. Trampoline Frame = 5 stars, for the price paid the metal components of the base seem very good. The Mat and the Bounce = 4+ stars, looks to be fine and both the kids and I have bounced on it. The Springs = 4 stars, looks like what I would expect. It would be nicer if they were a thicker gauge spring. I could consider three stars here, but hopeful. Net Poles = 3 Stars, they will probably hold up ok, but are awkward to get up and the hardware is relatively cheap. The Net = 2 Stars. First of all the Net attaches on the outside of the Mat which means the springs (and spring mats) are in the jump area. This seems to be an older design compared to many of the other trampolines out there. It does create more space inside the trampoline, but it also means kids are standing on the spring pad and slipping between the frame and the net. Not ideal for little kids because no matter what you say about staying in the center, they end up going to the side. Furthermore, the net material appears to be very light and will most likely rip out. Most likely will get replaced, maybe annually - ugh. The Spring Mats = 2 Stars. They are thin and just cover over the Springs. They do provide some protection, but considering that the springs are in the jump area, we would prefer these to be thicker and wider. Overall, we'll still call this a 4 for now because for a 15ft tramp it is relatively cheap and we may get 5 years of use out of it. If all is going well then, we will probably jump up to a higher level, adult quality trampoline and spend 3xs as much as this one.
