This arrived today. My wife and I assembled it, in the dark, after my daughter’s softball double header. It took two hours and we missed a step and had to redo some parts. The instructions are OK. I feel like there could’ve been more prompting and some nicer blow-up diagrams of the hardware included in the pictures. But once you figure it out it goes quickly. First impressions from the kids were positive, stating that the jump surface is huge and it’s super bouncy. It does make traditional trampoline noises, but not as much as our old one did. The 10x17 with basketball hoops definitely does have the one-piece surface and side netting with the no-gap sewn connections. This was important to us. The springs are not even in the jump surface. But yet they come with an adequate pad. The hardware (nylon nuts, bolts, washers) truly seem like the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Not uncommon for these things, but at the price point I thought it might be better. As we tear down for winter, I’ll replace the cheap locknuts and whatnot. Even assembling in the dark I would’ve appreciated some lock washers and some solid hardware. However, once it was fully assembled it did come together nicely and seemed stable. The safety net parts (the rails, not the hardware) were sturdy, snap together, and were very hard to mess up. So I appreciated that. Some of our tubing pads (the pool noodle stuff) was torn to shreds from shipping. The boxes had two small holes in them when they arrived, but the holes were in the perfect spot to chew up some padding. But overall, it’s a huge product that shipped in three boxes and the shipping damage was very minor. All parts were accounted for. (We haven’t put on the basketball hoop yet) It does come with some ground anchor staples. It’s heavy. With a small hardware upgrade, I’m hoping to get 6 years out of this thing. And from how sturdy it seems, we will be able to do so. Trampolines cause a lot of injuries. This one, with plenty of room to bounce, no-gap and effectively no access to the springs from the users, and the side netting, should limit the possibility of injury. Kids gotta be kids. And I’d rather them be bouncing than be on their iPads. At this price point I will say that the trampoline meets expectations. I will update if we have any issues. But don’t be afraid of the assembly. I did purchase the Amazon warranty for the product but the product comes with a decent parts warranty by itself. So I bought with confidence. No regrets. It’s bouncy. And huge. Update: the basketball hoop arcs went together ok, (by myself it took nearly as long as the main assembly) and they definitely added to the appeal. The hoops look super flimsy but they are well designed to flex, and they also are large enough and the side straps allow for easy shot making. So it’s not an impossible challenge for people to shoot and score. Kids are loving it.

I have 3 boys who like to compete, they love this trampoline! They especially love to basketball hoops and I love how sturdy the net is and the rectangular shape stopping the chasing. Overall it is a very stable and sturdy trampoline that is Easy enough to put together.

Fantastic and sturdy. Looks really good. We needed a rectangle shape to fit our yard better. The basketball hoops are pretty high, so our young kiddos have to yeet the balls in the air. I assembled it with my little helpers in a few hours with no issues. Don’t overtorque the base screws. Instructions are just fine.

I normally don't write reviews but felt it was necessary. I feel over the years ive made so many purchases and felt disappointed at times. This was one of my best purchases and experiences I've ever had with no regrets. I had a hard time deciding what trampoline to get and what size with all the options available. This trampoline is phenomenal for my 3 boys. They use it almost everyday so my wife and I feel great about the purchase. We purchased the 10x17 which sounds huge but was perfect. The safety net which is inside the covered springs takes a foot off each side. Also previously knowing very little, we are glad to get the rectangular over the round trampoline. Definitely more usable and even jumping space. The basketball hoops tore and Milka in customer service was the best. She responded very quickly and had replacement parts shipped extremely fast. This is by far the best trampoline and experience for your money along with great customer service.

Ordered this for Christmas and now that its warming up we set it up. Took me and my teen daughters 4 hrs to put together. However I also have a 3 month old. It was honestly a breeze to put together. The hardest part was putting the safety net on the tops of the poles. It seems sturdy and plenty of room. The stakes seem alittle small for how big the trampoline is. So we are getting some heavy duty ones. The girls love it and are camping out tonight under the stars.

The Trampoline itself is a tank and it is rock solid. The basketball addition is junk. There is a super thin piece of fiberglass in the rim, and it deforms or pokes out of the fabric very fast. Not happy with the basketball addition, The kids love the trampoline though, my daughter likes the rectangle to do her tumbling, flips etc.

Purchased the 10x17. The build quality is very good and our children use it constantly and love it. What let to this review was actually that we did have a defective pole that split about 9 months after use, and the company was extremely easy to work with and remedied this very quickly with replacement parts (including sending and extra). Martina was the person we worked with and made the replacement process very simple and easy.

The trampoline is perfect for our kids. There is plenty of room to get in there with them! We had an ice storm come through that somehow bent all the net poles from the weight of the ice accumulation on the net. I spoke with Pearl at Zupapa and she was so helpful and arranged for us to get replacement net poles quickly and at very little cost to us. We really appreciate Zupapa’s willingness to go above and beyond to help us out!
