EDIT: I was having problems and emailed support and got a call back an hour later from a really nice guy from Ontario who kindly informed me about "travel mode". If your toy doesn't work for some reason try holding down the power button for 20 seconds. If it vibrates 3 times, congratulations on the easy fix! (Thank you friendly Canadian vibrator support man!) I bought two of these over the years and both of them had broken within a month of receiving it. The first one the tip came out and you are not able to put it back in. And the most recent one I bought just stopped charging for no reason. After a couple uses. It's charging station lights up like it's doing a thing but the device itself just gets hot and never charges and will not turn on anymore. A huge waste of money and no support from the company.

I wanted to love this, however it is just way to much. I love crazy intense vibration but holy hell!!! 😳 this thing is absolutely ridiculous. My clitoral region was just being beat to death on lowest setting. However I learned that if you use this for a minute then switch to my amazing noje vibrator magic happens in less than 10 minutes... that's why i gave it 4☆'s. So do what you will with this information 🤣🤣🤣🤣 i wouldn't dare to share of a photo 😉

This vibrator is great. Buy it. If the zumio designers are reading this, then my feedback is this..... My only issue with this vibe is that the buttons should be on lower part of the handle, as when you're using it on yourself it's extremely hard to change the buttons with out looking at it or having to bring it closer to your face, which means some starting and stopping. The buttons could also be more 3d so it would be easier to feel around to change. Otherwise It's a great vibe and very isolated vibration. The vibration from the vibe doesn't carry to much into the hand while holding which is nice. Another design thought would to have the cap be able to sit in base while in use. The cap could have multiple uses but it ends up being pretty useless. Charger base isn't heavy enough when vibe is in it charging, it's too top heavy would be nice to set it and forget then have it fall over an the time. Also contact me if you want me to be a product tester!

After fully charging and making sure the travel mode wasn’t engaged I wasn’t even able to get this to run for a couple of minutes. I’ve tried several times and haven’t been able to use it for more than a few minutes at a time. I’m so frustrated and disappointed.

Okay, I charged the baby up and finally went to use it. I wasn’t impressed with first 3 settings, maybe because I’ve had the Original Magic Wand for years, but I clicked onward. I finally get to a level where something was working and then the overpriced piece of crap shut off. Literally the toy had been going for less than 5 minutes after fully charged, and powered off. I turn it back on and it stops working again within 30 seconds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I wish I could get my money back and go buy literally anything else.
