This is a great cover. Fits perfectly in 2017 Ford Escape. Had it in within minutes. This cover really stays put (kids and large dog seat). The material quality is nice and thick. It fits my midsize suv. I really like the side straps to keep the sides down. It was relatively easy to install. I used it for two 60 lb dogs. Seems like it will last for a while. I would recommend.

I really wished I bought this years ago as it would've saved me so much frustration and hassle. We don't have any pets, but I do have children who sometimes eat and spill things and sometimes I haul things. Even if you don't have pets, this seat cover is very useful as it's waterproof and easy to clean. The surface is cloth like, but it's somewhat smooth and padded. Unlike regular car seats for the back of the car, there are no hooks or ties or latches to secure. There are a couple elastic things that go under the seat, but they are easy. I didn't have to take the whole seat and backing out like I did with the car seat covers they replaced. I was able to install this in a couple minutes. Installation and removal takes a couple minutes by yourself. If you have someone helping you (one on each side of the car), it would take under a minute to either install or remove. Though the surface is padded, it's smooth. So this makes it easy to wipe if your pet leaves fur. In my case, no pets, but sometimes I'm hauling things from the home improvement store like bricks or soil and sometimes the stuff gets on the seat. Easy to sweep or vacuum out because the surface is smooth and thick enough that it doesn't get sucked up by a vacuum, but stays stationary. I sometimes take food in dishes and sometimes some liquid seeps or leaks out onto the seat cover. Well, because it's waterproof, just wipe it up. No worry that it seeps through and messes up your actual car seats. I have not checked to see if this is a U-shaped seat cover for if you have an actual dog or cat so they don't get the backs of the seats in front dirty or not. They may have this, because the bottom layer is quite thick, but I can't say for sure because I don't have pets. If it has this, meaning you can unfold this from the "seat" portion, then this seat cover would be ideal - it not only protects the current bottom seat, the back of the seat, but also the backs of the seats in front of them. Anyway, I wished I would have gotten this years ago. Would've saved me a lot of hassle. If at the very least you don't haul things or put cooking dishes on the seat, they're very easy to install and uninstall with nice padding. ... show more
