This is my 4th Zosi system and my first NVR. I bought it as an upgrade from a previous 2MP DVR system. My previous systems worked great with the App and notifications when activity was detected. This system is a bit different and has Intelligent Detection. The original NVR was not functioning properly and after some emails with Zosi Support the issue was resolved. Great quality picture and the security and spotlight serves as a deterrent to would be trespassers. The problem is that it will not last pass 3 years. The cameras will eventually die one at a time. First of all I received nvr that was not functioning properly but after contacting customer service my issue was resolved. With the assistance of Ella in real time , eve thou in different time zones. Ella's service was excellent and was able to assist me with my product issues. After having received the replaced nvr the clarity of the image is sharp 4k video and images. This super functional Zosi security system is absolutely amazing. Comes with 8 8MP - 4k spotlight cameras that have amazing clarity and color. You can expand up to 16 channels using the built in poe connections and 24 channels if you add a poe switch. Remember you will need to run the network cables to each camera as these are not wireless. Very easy to set up and configure just plug a monitor in and you can configure every aspect of the cameras and NVR. Motion detection works very well and has amazing color night vision. There is built in spot lights and sirens to help scare away would be intruders. The infrared night vision is also super clear and covers up to 100FT. 2 Way talk functionality works very well when tested. The built in AI is also great for cutting down erroneous alerts so the alerts you get are worth looing at. The NVR comes with a 4TB hdd but you can also have 2 hdd up to 6TB to keep your recordings longer. Keep in mind the more cameras you add the less time you will be able to go back based on your storage you have installed. Zosi has done a great job with this NVR security system from being very well made, easy to use, and ease of setup. Great value for what you get. ... show more
