If you are bigger than average penis your probably not going to be able to penistrate the nipple cavity for the 7.5 lb. Doll. I am average penis size and it's a tight fit; lube is a must with some effort. The texture/ tightness of the vaginal and anal cavity was ok. The texture in the nipple cavity was...mah.
