    • It's not anything precise, but it does have it's use for the price.
It's inexpensive, not too terribly made, and can be "doctored" to improve it. The "Ways" are actually pretty well made and has brass shims. It does have a lot of movement and end play, but it's all in the feed screw nut / thread bars. I was going to just make some new ones with better threads, but I "experimented" and found a way to (at least temporarily) tighten up the tolerances in the brass nut. it works fine but had to adjust the slides they were to loose but other than that it was fine, using it to mill motor stator
