I love this purse/backpack! It's the perfect size and has fancy heavy duty zipper pulls. I chose the green, and it's a beautiful green! My only complaint is that it doesn't have enough sections on the inside. There are 2 pockets on one side, and a zippered pocket on the other, so everything else just goes into a large hole. I am very particular about my purse being organized, so I'll have to look for a purse organizer that fits. Other than that, it's perfect. Overall, I really like this bagpack-purse. My posture is better, it's safer/less prone to theft and the bow is cute. *Vegan leather nice finish (for what it is) * Good size (it is a purse after all) *Hidden pockets for phone-a lot of similar bags did not have hidden pocket e.g, long tassels for zip, contrast colour zip so more noticeable. *Comfortable to wear Negatives; *I bought a small backpack insert so I have different sections and a ring loop for my keychain, otherwise I think it would be hard to find everything/ a risk of something falling out. The internal size of the main pocket is not specified soI had to guess based on the external measurements. * Side pockets do not fit a standard 500ml water bottle; I managed to find a slimline bottle so it worked out okay but not as straightforward as I hoped. *I wanted to wear it as a crossbody or backpack, not on my shoulder so bought some chains to extend that strap and used an adjustable cable tidy so people cannot grab it to pull me or my bag. ... show more

Got this for my birthday, I shopped around and found this treasure! It holds a lot has two small pockets inside for pens or glasses. One larger zippered pocket inside. Two zippered side pockets on each side. Also has metal rings to clip key rings on. I use these side pockets for security for my keys but still easy access to them. There are also two smaller side pockets for sunglasses or for easy access for a cellphone. It did come with a hanging pocket but my cell phone is too big for it! It has 2 zippered pockets at the front of the purse those are handy for car keys, work keys, and my cellphone. There's 2 small shallow pockets on both sides for extra storage. Inside there's 2 more small pockets attached to the lining and 1 small zippered pocket at the opening flap. As other reviewers stated the lining is unattached to the main body of the back pack. It makes it cumbersome to take anything in or out of the bag because the lining wraps around anything you're trying to take out of it. If you put anything in the little pockets inside the bag it also pulls on the lining. I spend a lot of time compulsively pushing the lining up into the upper part of the bag. Other than that the bag is a good size it holds my phone, chargers, wallet, and tablet. It still has a little room for one or two things. Some of the lines on from construction is crooked but that's a cosmetic issue, it might put some people off. I just started using it and the zipper is still attached. The opening flap has two gussets at the sides of the opening. The opening is a bit small and I have to maneuver my tablet a bit to get it into the bag. It is a little heavier than other bags so I hope that means it's sturdy and will last longer. ... show more
