The product was worth the money . Just went away for 5 days and didn’t want to take anything big. Handle could be more sturdy but , guess for the price we get what we get . Wheels are pretty sturdy. Does have a lock 🔒, so no extra one is needed . For me since TSA will open it better to just have my own little lock . That way not worried about forgetting the code . Worth the price , decent size , held all my cleaning supplies( my Lysol , wipes , annd micro-ban👍🏾) and the outfits I took . Didn’t need anything bulky but , the inside has strap to hold items and a zippered compartment . Held what I needed and survived the trip !!! Loved the color . Was easy to see when getting luggage . Okay this thing is so close to being perfect. One small adjustment on the manufacturing side and they would have knocked it out of the park. This will be tricky to try and explain, but I’ll try…As you can see in the photos, the expander is on the zipped side of the case, but it’s outside the zipped portion. So it’s supposed to expand the open side, but functionally, it doesn’t work well if you’re trying to jam as much as you can in (which is the point of an extender). They should have either put the expander on the open side or UNDER the zipper on the zipper side, like this other suitcase does. Hopefully that makes sense. On the PRO side, it glides like a dream, is lightweight, and seems durable. And cheaper than many other alternatives. I just wish they would have put that zipper somewhere else. ... show more

Do not buy this case. I had a Samsonite carry on for over 12 years. I purchased a new hard-shell Samsonite however it was smaller than my old soft case. I purchased this case as it was slightly larger. Purchase 5 months ago and use it on business trip - not that much as I have cut back since Covid. The rear pair of wheels are shot to pieces and basically have worn into the support leg and now wobble and lock as you roll along. Samsonite 12 years - This crap 5 months!! I'm now trying to source replacement wheel however the fixing holes are different to every replacement wheel looked at thus far. Massive regret that I didn't find a Samsonite large enough for a carry on to match my old case. At least Samsonite stand by their product. Don't buy this. ... show more
