This product has just enough fizz to make it feel different than water, there's caffeine and B12, so you're getting energy. You know the water you're using the mix it with, it blends easily with ice, and it tastes good cold or room temp. The small vials are easy to stash in your pocket or purse. I think the fizz is what did it - I drink this at work throughout the morning, and I FINALLY to break my energy drink habit. Instead of having 200 - 300 mg of caffeine combined with tons of sugar twice a day, I'm drinking Zipfizz with only 100 mg. Some days I'll mix a second one, but rarely finish it; I'll put it in the fridge overnight and it's good to go in the morning. I've found myself drinking SO much more water, my overall caffeine consumption halved or better, and as a result of less caffeine, I actually have more energy. I'm not saying it's the Zipfizz that is giving me the extra energy, but that this was the product that helped me quit a habit I've been wanting to break for years. It's a nice blend of both fruity flavors and easy to pour to mix poured into a water bottle from the tube it comes in. I use half in a regular sized water bottle to ration it on my days I need a pick me up when needed at work. The quality of top-notch and feels way better for you than energy drinks with how healthy the ingredients are. Now when I first tried this flavor, I drank this in a large water bottle and played the new Metal Gear Solid game on release date nonstop until I beat it at 16 hours 8 minutes and 26 seconds. It kept me up to play the entire game more than an energry drink or gamimg drink has ever done. After I was done I layed down on my bed and then crashed with the best sleep I've ever had.

I love Zip-fiz they have a great variety of flavors The Orange Cream is not my favorite but there are many other varies flavors. the caffeine is all natural and not artificial and it is only 100gms The natural caffeine is clean and give me great energy all day. I am disappointed that they use a artificial sweetener, they could use natural sweeteners like Ste-via or Munk Fruit. They container is really hard to open I wish they would make it easier to open. I think the price is a bit pricey but its OK.
