  • Awesome!
It's like playing a regular piano! It feels natural because of the weighted keys, and the sound is very good. I haven't had the opportunity to try the different sounds and rhythms, etc. in addition to that, it's a lot easier to move than my upright.

  • Pretty keyboard!
Easy to use and feels like a real piano !! Have for a small home with little space. Can keep out in living room and doesn’t look bulky or dark like other keyboards. Looks and sound great!!

  • It is a way to key piano but not full. Weighted.
For a very basic piano, it certainly does have a feel as weighted keys. The midi could improve but all in all if you learn how to use it, it'll work. Make sure to check the polyphony and the sustain pedal is okay for what it does. Overall, it's a good pic for someone who just wants something to play at their home or headphones and it's able to fit in a corner of a room pretty nicely. ... show more

  • Excellent option for beginners
No electronic keyboard is going to sound exactly like a real piano, but this comes close, and it has a sustain pedal, which really helps. I love it.

  • Love it!!
We got rid of our upright piano for this and it’s wonderful! Feels like a real piano and looks so nice!

  • Sounds just like a real piano
I think this keyboard is good for beginers just have to get used to the weighted keyboard. The Middle C seems like it wants to get stuck and my powersupply cord was cracked

  • Wish it had more actual piano sound tone option
The media could not be loaded. I upgraded to weighted keys but my other keyboard had at least 10 good piano sound tones, this one only has 3, and they all sound very bright, I always used my mellow/ classical piano sound on my other keyboard. Another thing I wanted to keep was transposing which this keyboard does have, it transposes 12 key shifts higher and lower than the original key. It has a lot of fun sounds but again I wish it had more “normal” piano sounds. It looks great, the sustain pedal is lightweight but still not like the small cheap square ones. The speakers are on the back of it, so the sound isn’t coming at you which just depends on what you want, if you’re performing this would probably be good because then it’s projecting towards the crowd, and the volume can get REALLY loud. I would recommend this to someone who wants to have fun with a keyboard and values the weighted keys and transpose range! If you want more of a real piano type keyboard I would recommend looking at others. ... show more

  • Perfect Introductory or Upgrade Digital Keyboard
The media could not be loaded. First, I'd like to qualify my 5* rating by stating that I am basing this on the product as an introductory or upgrade digital keyboard for a new or intermediate player. As such, it provides foundational functionality to become an accomplished keyboard player. I'll highlight some of the key features/functions that this product provides: - A full-size 88-key keyboard with weighted keys to provide a piano-like feel. - 128 key polyphony. Meaning that the digital keyboard can sound 128 notes simultaneously. - 128 different tones split into 16 types/categories of tones (8 for each type). - 100 different rhythm accompaniment patterns in 13 types/categories. - Sustain pedal included. So if you're shopping for a solid introductory or upgrade keyboard, this is a good value for the features provided. Some additional highlights: - The demo mode is very impressive and shows off the keyboard's polyphony, sonic, and recording playback capabilities. With a simple press of the "demo" button, the keyboard will play through 88 different demos of varying styles. - The dual button will allow you to select and combine two different tones. For instance, a piano with strings. - The split button will create left and right sides between the middle D & E keys allowing left and right-hand options or two players to sit and play together using half the keyboard each. - The metronome button produces a 4-beat click track which allows you to pick from 4 different options. - The tempo button will allow you to adjust the speed of the rhythm or metronome in a range from 20 to 280 beats per minute (default is 120). - The digital piano also supports the ability to record and playback recordings. Not super fancy and a bit awkward with one person, but does introduce the concept of recording/playback. I doubt that any of the demos were created on this keyboard using the record feature, but again a nice feature to include. I did not use this feature, but the manual indicates that the tone can be changed and 5000 notes can be recorded. - The function button can adjust the equalizer value (0-127) for a given tone. It also allows the ability to transpose up or down to shift the key of the entire keyboard. A nice feature if you learn a song in a certain key, but you want to tune down to match a comfortable range for your voice. - There is also a "Bluetooth" mode to connect the digital keyboard to your phone, tablet, or computer. Not something that I've used yet, but looks interesting. There may be apps that allow you to play along via Bluetooth connection. - And a very useful feature, the exit button! This will perform a quick reset and return the keyboard to its original state. The "Dream" sound source of sampled sounds is just "ok", but given the functionality above, the sounds are fine for the price point. The built-in speakers are plenty loud for an in-room setting and it does provide a 1/4" audio in/out jack. It does not have MIDI in/out/through connections and is not MIDI enabled. There is a headphone jack and a USB transfer jack. It does not come with a keyboard stand so you will need to buy a stand or find a table to set the keyboard on. Overall, if you're looking for a full 88-weighted key keyboard with solid features and functions at a good price point, I would recommend this digital keyboard as an option. ... show more
