Had this trampoline for about 5 days and the post snapped so the net is almost unusable.I had to use zip ties to make it even sort of work. Wish I could just get a new pole and not have to return a whole trampoline.

My grandson turned 4 in July and was so happy and excited for this trampoline. He loved it! I purchased it on the 5 monthly payment plan Amazon offered. Tonight however we had a very bad storm with straight winds come through and it picked the trampoline up , ripped the top part of my daughters fence off and landed in the ditch in the front yard. The side guards are all bent and broken. I know it’s not amazons fault at all but so wish we could get a replacement for my little man, but the replacement window has just passed a week ago. He is going to be so sad when he gets up in the morning. This was the most amazing trampoline ever. I highly recommend this trampoline to anyone but also recommend to anchor it. Lesson learned ... show more
