Just received this today. Opened the package and I could tell the bottle felt light in weight. Opened it up and looked inside to see it was about 2/3 full. Dumped the liquid out to measure and it's exactly 12 ounces when I purchased 16 ounces. What the hell?!?!

I've been giving my dogs Zesty Paws salmon oil for quite a while and about a month ago started with this version with the hemp added. Both of my dogs have allergy issues with itching, paw-licking and skin irritation. Of course I can't swear that it's this product that has been responsible for the changes, but they are both licking and scratching much less and the skin irritation is clearing up too. I'm going to continue to use this and hope that it will be helpful in the spring when their seasonal allergies kick in.

Have 2 min pins 4 & 5 years old, at first the 5 year old female didn’t like it. My 4 year old male min pin loved it right off the bat. Next day my 5 year old min pin loved it, “weird”. I give them 1 pump each for dinner & mix it with their food. They jump up & down very excited for me to hurry up & mix their food so they can eat. Whole reason why I started with this salmon oil was due to the added hemp in it, my 5 year old min pin always had bumps “lumps” all over her body. She is a very nervous nelly & due to that she breaks out in hives. Her coat is almost lump free “no joke” & it seems she’s not as nervous anymore. Both of the min pin coats a very silky & shiny & smooth. Just ordered 2nd bottle. Love this stuff & very happy it’s helping improve my little baby’s health & quality of life!! Highly recommend product worth every penny!!! I am a true real 110% buyer & reviewer. Try this stuff it’s just amazing!! 5++ Stars All Around!!!

The fact this oil has 28.93% omega-3 and only 19.85% omega-6 is a great thing. Omega-3 also has a mild anti-inflammatory effect and 6 strengthens the body's inflammation response so you always want more 3. Each pump/ tsp has 4.5g of oil, so one pump gives your dog 1,301mg of omega-3 and 893mg of omega-6. There are ~105 tsp in the 16oz bottle. Pretty good bang for your buck.

Purchased this product based on the many qualities it offered to improve my dogs health; in particular, I was drawn to one in particular, the anti-itch skin and coat support. My lab had dry, flaky skin and itched all the time. Starting slowly introducing product as suggested, and in week 3 now, my pup's skin has greatly improved. The flakes have diminished greatly. and the itching has stopped. It has definitely made a big difference, and she's more comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend trying this product for the multi benefits it provides. It is a step above regular fish oil.

Update #2: I've been giving this fish oil to my dog for over a year and a half. My dog is a full pittie, which is a breed notorious for allergies and skin problems. This oil, plus the Aller-Immune Bites and the vet's recommendation of daily doses of benadryl, have totally cured my dog. She also gets bathed with medicated shampoo once a week as an extra preventative measure. She just turned 10 and she looks healthy, happy and is energetic. She doesn't get rashes anymore and has stopped chewing on her feet. Her fur is super soft and her underbelly is clear. Even the vet was amazed by how good she looked for an older dog. I'll keep buying Zesty Paws products if it keeps my dog in excellent health!! Update #1: 2 pumps daily is probably going to stretch into 3 months. Dog still loves it and her coat is soooo, soooo soft. Energy level still up!! She's ready for whatever!! This stuff must do something for arthritis and old age. I bought this to see if it would actually benefit my dog in any noticeable way. Before this, I was using the ZPaws oil without the hemp, so I wasn't sure how this would differ from the regular oil. My dog is a 9 yr old pitbull. She's not exactly a huge ball of energy anymore. She also has skin allergies. This fish oil with hemp has done several things for her. She's got her old puppy energy and playfulness back and she dances around waiting for her food to be prepared in the morning. Her fur is glossy and sooooo soft. She had some thin areas of fur (hot spots) that are now filling in with new fur. Her eyes are bright and clear. The skin allergy on her paws is about 90% resolved. I'm amazed at how healthy and active she is after 5 weeks of using this. The hemp has made a huge difference! She's 55lbs and gets 2 pumps mixed into her dry kibble once a day. I add the benadryl tab in and because its hidden in her food with the fish oil, she takes it and doesn't spit the pill back out. The bottle is a little under the halfway point so I should get about 2 months out of one big bottle. It keeps well in the fridge. It does smell fishy, but my dog doesn't smell like it after she eats it. Recommend this product!!

We have a large tabby cat, "Lucy" who had dry skin. The problem likely was aggravated by the fact Lucy is a "dry food addict" and won't eat wet food. We also live in Colorado, which is very dry. Lucy had a lot of dandruff and was scratching herself a lot. I just finished a bottle of this with her, it took about 6 months to consume. We did refrigerate it after opening to keep it fresh. It took maybe 2-3 weeks or so, but we noticed that the cat seemed better. My college age daughter came home from school and saw Lucy and could not believe it. She last saw the kitty before the fish oil and then saw her a few months later. Lucy's fur is super shiny and soft now (she is big, and really is a beautiful and very sweet cat), she does not scratch herself any more and her energy is great. Giving this 5 stars as it really has helped our sweet kitty do better - her poop, which was super dry, is now better too, not stinky or anything, but not the arid dry stuff she had before. The cat does not seem to like or dislike the oil on her dry food, she likes food, as the attached picture shows. Highly recommend this product for cats who suffer from dry itchy skin.
