I'm a slender 5'5" 140lbs and the medium is a little loose but not so much I'd return it. If you like slightly loose fit without it being outright baggy then it'd be a good fit. The fabric feels durable but fairly soft and smooth so it'd probably be good for those with sensory issues. The green is accurate to the picture's color.
