Is the other controller not responding? After pairing successfully, the main controller will show a steady green light, and the secondary controller will show a steady red light. Use the main controller to select the game; the secondary controller is only used as player two in the game. No picture on TV after plugging in, and the game stick's power indicator does not light up? 1. Make sure the 5V power supply is connected and the game stick's indicator is on, and ensure the TF card is inserted beforehand. 2. Check that the HDMI cable is firmly plugged in, and use the TV remote to switch to the correct HDMI input source. Black screen or boot progress gets stuck below 100%? 1. Unplug the power and plug it back in, then observe whether the progress bar completes normally. 2. If it still gets stuck, turn off the console, reinsert the TF card, and power on again. Also ensure you are using a stable power supply. Neither of the controllers is responding? 1. Check that the 2.4G USB dongle is inserted into the game stick. 2. Make sure you are using fresh batteries. The indicator light will blink and become steady after 1–3 seconds, indicating a successful connection. Controller signal unstable? First, replace with new batteries, keep the controller within 5 meters of the signal receiver, and stay away from other devices that might cause interference.
