I have installed two or three shower caddies previously and they were all very straightforward. This one requires a little more work, in that you need to measure the area it’s going into and then look at the instruction manual to see which poles you would need to use. The downside to this exercise is, unless I missed it, the poles are only labeled on the plastic bag that they are packaged in. Once you remove that bag, it’s anyone’s guess which piece is which letter other than the one that obviously has the spring in it. I follow the directions based on my size and the pipes that it wanted me to use were far too much. It also tells you to insert plastic spacers into the spring chamber and I found when all three were in as it called for, I could not compress the pole enough to fit it into the needed area. I ended up only using one. After the debacle of taking the pipes out of the bag and realizing there were no defining letters, I just winged it to put it together and it turned out just fine. Really sturdy, but most tension bar things I’ve dealt with always have been. We only used two of the shelves and kept them up high so the corner seat could still be used without bumping our heads/shoulders but it comes with plenty of storage And comes in a nice color. It took us so long to find one that we wanted because we did not want brushed nickel and this one came in a bronze.

Short review: Pros -Very sturdy -Easy assembly -Stays clean, no rust or grime build up in over 3 months -I think it looks nice Cons -Super hard to push the spring down to actually get it in the shower for the tension fit (makes it really secure but still really hard to get fitted lol) Long review: The thing is super sturdy and it comes with several different tubes to put together to fit your shower. But this spring is STRONG. Based on the height of my shower, it recommended the longest combination, but it was right on the start of the longest size range so trying to squish the spring down to fit it in the shower was really hard and my fiance and I needed to work together to push it down. We actually went down a size cause it was so hard. Even using a size down it hasn't budged since December 2020 and I don't think it's going anywhere. And I like that we sized down because should the spring ever lose it's tension we can size up and get a longer life out of the thing, not that I see that happening any time soon The shelves are completely adjustable, you just stick this curved silicone slab thing around the main pole and bring the shelf over it and pull the shelf down hard to secure it. If you don't really push it down, it will move around, you want it to be as tight as possible. It took a few tries on some of them to make sure the silicone was lined up right so it was perfectly concealed, but once it was in place (and even if it shows a bit) the shelfs do not move unless you pull straight up on them hard (I can't see them moving around if you aren't trying to move them intentionally). Since I set it up, my shelves haven't moved at all. Really the only whole assembly process is easy and the directions are clear and all the bars/sizes are labeled. Only hard part/con is if your shower height is right near the start of the cutoff because it was SUPER hard to push the spring down (but that just gives me all the more confidence that the thing will never move lol)

The product is functional. Quality is about what you’d expect for the price, feels cheap, a little unstable but workable. The instructions are terrible. There are videos on YouTube. I’d save yourself some time and just watch one of those than try to decipher the included instructions. Ultimately, it’s very easy to setup, you just need clear instructions. It’s like they showed AI a photo of the pieces and told it to create an instruction manual for it. I recommend the product if you’re looking for shower storage on the cheap. If you have some extra money to spend, there are almost certainly better products on Amazon. Whenever I have to replace this, I’ll be purchasing a more expensive, better quality item.

This product does it's job and does it well. Once it is in place, it is an amazing piece well worth the money. However, I do have a couple pieces I think buyers should be aware off before/upon purchase of the setup process. This is personal experience but I am used to securing equipment before moving to the next step. The entirety of the shaft that supports the shelves is held in place solely by positive force. Thus, there is nothing to secure these separate portions and the whole thing is one slip away from becoming fully disassembled. Not a big deal, I just didn't personally expect it (FYI this is the first shower pole I've ever used/interacted with). Secondly, the amount of spacers to put in for the height I was at seems to be a bit of overkill. Granted, I have great faith that this thing is not going to budge without human or divine intervention, but it was quite difficult to get into place. The height I measured and followed (measurement was verified multiple times) the instructions for said to put in all 3 of the spacers. This made it very difficult to put the pole fully vertical where I wanted it. Admittedly, I'm a pretty short dude at 5'5 but reaching the bottom of the top piece was easy enough. It's just trying to manipulate that much force from an angle that you can't pull against it at a square angle increases the difficulty. I fully believe this product would be fully capable of doing it's job with one, possibly even two, less spacers. I've realized my drunken review has rambled on far longer than it should, but here's the bottom line: This product does as advertised and has a very good degree of variance to support different shower setups. The shelves are nice and sturdy throughout, and I've put a pretty good amount of weight on them outside of just cleansing product bottles. I highly recommend it. Especially with the square shelves that fit to the shape of a square corner. They provide a great amount of space that doesn't take up your space to shower.

Really dressed up our dingy, cheap surround shower/tub. Holds quite a bit of stuff and the spring rod itself holds strongly. Assembly was a little confusing - but manageable. The only issue is my personal opinion that it needs some cut-able rubber matting of some type so you can add a waterproof bottom to a basket or two as needed. Would def. buy again and recommend to others.

This is a well made and well designed product. I was able to assemble and install it by myself. The shelves are a bit smaller than my expectation but everything I need for my shower fits in well so no complaints. I like the L shaped shelves as it keeps the weight even and closer to the side walls instead of out there in the air. The silicon inserts for holding shelves in place work perfectly fine. Not sure why people are complaining about the product springing out. I think they may be using too much pressure on the tension spring. I have installed it on the side of my tub which should be about 7 feet to the ceiling. So, I didn’t used the smallest rod and also didn’t use one of the three black pieces that put pressure on the tension spring. I wrestled a little to install it, which I felt was good because the rod would stay put. The rods overlap each other by about 4 inches plus so there is no way they are gona bend out at the joints. One of the earlier reviewers had suggested that we should order this product to be delivered inside an Amazon box to protect it from damage in transportation. I did that and the product arrived in pristine condition. The product’s own box is not made for transportation. You won’t regret buying. I am quite happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased this shower caddy, and while it does the job, it has some drawbacks that prevent me from loving it fully. First, the color is great—it's a sleek, modern shade that complements my bathroom décor nicely. It fits well in the shower space and does look good at first glance. However, after using it for a little while, a few issues became noticeable. The shelves on the caddy move around a bit, which can be frustrating, especially when I’m trying to keep everything organized. Items slide from side to side, making it harder to access things or keep them in place. Another downside is that the caddy bows in the middle. It’s not a huge bend, but enough to be noticeable, and it bothers me every time I use it. It feels a bit flimsy, and I worry that the middle could sag further over time. Overall, it works OK for holding shower essentials, but the design flaws make it less than perfect. If you're looking for something that looks good and holds up without issues, this might not be the best choice. It’s functional but could definitely benefit from better stability.

Bought this because mine was too small and my stuff was too heavy so it kept falling. Came in a timely matter so that was great. It also looks really nice in my shower and I feel like it makes it look a lot more organized. However, the assembly processes was a shit show. I thought it would be quick and easy, I was terribly mistaken. The instructions have literally no step by step instructions, it’s just pictures in black and white. I did not measure the space I was putting it in so that’s on me but damn this was awful. After it falling apart on me like three times while trying to assemble it and put it in place, it not fitting right, and almost knocking myself out, I gave up and threw it on the floor. I ended up showering without a rack because I was so mad. The next day, after I had time to cool off, I decided to give it another try before returning it. This time I measured the area before hand. This was still not helpful because the bags the pieces came in were labeled with a letter for “easy assembly”, however I already took them out of the bag the day before and had no idea which piece was which. I eventually got this thing in place after 30+ minutes of sweat, yelling and throwing things. In the end it’s a little wobbly but not too bad, so hopefully it stays up for a while because I’m not doing that shit again. It looks great but would not recommend putting it together yourself if you don’t have patience.
