This comes in the original packaging which was not meant to be used for shipping to the box keeps coming in destroyed, which makes the metal inside bent up. Ordered this once, the main big basket came bent up so products do not sit flat. Some of the little baskets are also bent out of shape. A replacement was sent out and it came in bent up worse than the first one. I do not have any hopes of a third one coming in NOT bent so I guess I’m keeping this one, yay? Don’t have any other options at the moment as showers have been difficult without storage. The shelves don’t go on well and wobble, the polls are connected by tape, I couldn’t get one shelf to stay on at all due to the rubber not being wide enough. It just doesn’t meet my expectations. This was very cheaply made and honestly the concept is not a very sound one. The tension was so strong it was not able to be installed yet the different pieces would fall apart so easily. Kind of a weird mix of too sturdy and too fallible all in one. When I finally got all the pieces to stop falling apart, it basically exploded into multiple pieces all over my bathroom. This design wins the award for Most Complicated Design on Simplest Product. It comes with what seems like 79 parts to assemble what should be about 10. The instructions are clear thankfully but it's very cheaply made and the shelves are not firmly attached due to the cheap design. I never write bad reviews . But this took me over 4 hours to put together and the end result ? It’s wobbly and I’m scared it’s going to fall over and knock me out while I’m showering so ...I will be returning this . I see other people got this to work out and I’m happy for y’all , but for me ,it was just impossible . The instructions were hard to understand since they were referring to a “97” inch pole which I don’t have so I was all types of confused . “Easy to assembled my behind . Than the rubber pieces that are suppose to hold the shelves in place don’t even fit. Who created this monstrosity. I got so angry I thought about throwing this straight thru my window . Trying to get this into the corner of my shower was something I could imagine wresting an alligator would feel like . I think I’d rather deal with my shampoo bottles falling over every time I get in the shower than ever having to deal with this thing ever again. If I could give this negative stars I would. This stand is awful. We had to put it together several times because each time it fell apart while we were using it in The shower. I threw away the box like an idiot so I can get a refund now on this piece of crap. DO NOT BUY!!!
