I just got this 25lb Vest, It's pretty heavy, but I have lost about 30lbs, and is eye opening that I was carrying this weight around before. Im 5"10 and 185lbs currently, with a goal to lose another 15lb. I wanted a weighted vest to ruck in, and also use while on dog walks, as I typically walks dogs 3 times a day. I also have been doing some running and walking with a couple friends who are out of shape, and want some added difficulty as I am slowing down too much at their pace, I tried a run in it, it bounces a bit on the shoulders so I am not sure it is great for that, but is comfortable walking with and It helps with posture too. I have the adjustable straps on the tightest it would go so there is a decent enough room to expand for a bigger person, though it might be a bit loose on someone smaller. I chose this one over others as I wanted one that carried the weight over my chest/shoulders/upper back rather than others that have the weight carried around stomach and lower back. Overall so far so good! Seems like good quality and good price overall, worth it.

I ordered the 20lb vest to wear around throughout the day. This vest is very comfortable and easy to put on. The simple buckle in the front works well and I find that I don't really need to buckle it most of the time. The weight is distributed evenly and I don't have any issues with my neck, shoulders or back at all. I wear it on average 3-5 hours a day and take it off when I'm seated. Overall very very happy with this vest.... one thing know is the off gas odor ..took a few days to dissipate and it is very strong.

I'm a small female and this was way heavier than I expected it to be. I weigh about 110 lbs, and I ordered the 20lb pack, which is about 20% of my body weight. Know that the weight while it may seem small online, actually is a significant amount when worn on your body. I have worn this every day since I got it for a vigorous 30 minute walk around my neighborhood and I can feel the difference in my health already. My legs are certainly getting a good work out in. It's very comfortable and the pockets on the back (and the attachable Velcro pocket) are convenient. Only downside is that I wish it had a mesh pocket on one of the front straps instead, as I don't like having something on my back inaccessible and the attachable pocket is slightly uncomfortable when worn on the chest strap. Also the straps are in the right places on the chest as not to be annoying, uncomfortable, or in the way (even without a supportive bra on). I looked at many other vests, and found this one was one of the most reasonably priced for the quality. I do wish it was slightly adjustable in weight, but that's usually pretty rare to find in a vest like this. Seems like the material is long lasting, but I will provide an update on that after wearing it for longer.

I purchased this weight vest to kickstart my weight loss journey, and it has been a great investment. The vest is easy to use and comfortable to wear, which makes it easier for me to wear it regularly during my walks. However, there are a few things to keep in mind if you decide to purchase this weight vest. Firstly, it is not suitable to wear in the rain as it tends to smell and may cause some damage to the vest. Additionally, cleaning the vest can be a bit challenging, and I have yet to find an effective way to clean it. One other issue that I have experienced is that the material inside the vest may start to leak over time. Fortunately, I was able to use Gorilla Glue to prevent the leaks from getting worse, which helped to extend the lifespan of the vest. Overall, I would recommend this weight vest to anyone who is looking to start a weight loss program. It's comfortable, easy to use, and effective. Just be mindful of the potential issues with rain, cleaning, and leaks, and take steps to prevent them from happening.

I’ve been learning more and more about rucking (walking/hiking with a weighted vest) and the amazing benefits. This weighted vest is small and convenient. I wear it when I walk my dog and it adds the perfect amount of weight and difficulty to my walk. I got the 16lb vest and although it is heavy, the vest distributes the weight well. The straps are easy to adjust and it even fits underneath a sweatshirt or coat if you’re embarrassed to be seen with it on. I’m so happy I purchased this!
