This chess set is the perfect size to send to camp. It is lightweight and compact. The images are large and bolder than I was expecting. My son will also be able to play with his grandfather. It is fantastic how it is completely magnetic. I won’t have to worry about the pieces being lost. This will encourage the kids to problem solve since there is no electronics at camp. I am extremely pleased with this purchased. We have already had a couple rounds of chess and checkers to break it in.

Initial purchase was not actually for a chess set. I wanted to use the pieces to create a mold for D&D dungeon tiles. Found they were a tad too big for what I had in mind but found the chess set to be nice enough that I wanted to use it for well a chess set. I rarely play chess.
