It took a little while to get used to the speakers. At first they hurt my ears but I adjusted. The sound is good for listening but the microphone is awful. Maybe it's the thickness of the knit but nobody can hear me on phone calls. The battery life is good and the hat is super warm and fits great. I've never worked at a job where we could wear earphones while we worked until now, and I happen to work in a refrigerated loading dock, so this is the best option, IMO, of what to wear. I tried working with expensive Jabra earpods in, and they kept falling out, making me almost lose one of them in a trailer I was loading. You can't lose these because the headphones are inside the sewn beanie. If you live where it snows, these are great to wear as you shovel snow. I love how loud they can get, they are not exposed so no electric wires or headphones can ever fall out, easy to clean/easy to remove the headphones, and the battery lasts so long with a USB-mini port on one side of the beanie for charging. And they throw in a neck gaiter for free! Problems I've had: frequent disconnections while using my podcast app (which connects ASAP but pauses playback), no way of using without the beanie (my head gets hot, but I continue to wear it to listen to my phone), the style is a little weird (it sits up like a cone shape on my head to line up with my ears, at times, so you have to push it towards your head to make it look better), and the buttons on the side are hard to tell which button you're pressing since they're so small.
